Job Summary: A Property Sales Executive is responsible for marketing and selling real estate properties on behalf of a real estate agency, developer, or property management company. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting properties, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
· Identify and target potential buyers or investors through various channels, including online listings, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
· Conduct market research to understand client needs, preferences, and trends.
2. Property Presentation:
· Prepare and maintain property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and specifications.
· Showcase properties to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
· Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to interested buyers.
3. Sales Negotiation:
· Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients to achieve a mutually satisfactory agreement.
· Address client concerns, objections, and questions professionally and ethically.
4. Market Analysis:
· Stay informed about local real estate market conditions, including pricing trends, competitive properties, and economic factors affecting the market.
· Use market knowledge to advise clients on pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
5. Documentation and Legal Compliance:
· Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, such as purchase agreements, contracts, and disclosures.
· Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including property inspections and financing arrangements.
6. Customer Service:
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining open communication and ensuring a positive client experience.
· Address any post-sale inquiries or concerns promptly.
7. Sales Targets:

Qualifications:
· Diploma in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven 1-2 years’ experience in property sales or a related sales role.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
