Job Requirements:

EKFB is seeking to recruit a Quality Engineer, with a background in site engineering.
The primary focus of this role is to work within our Greatworth to Southam delivery area of the HS2 project, ensuring that quality is embedded and embraced by the Construction Delivery teams, in order that all relevant quality and assurance records are collated and retained. In addition, the role will include conducting internal audits and providing awareness sessions to promote quality and assurance on the project.

Reporting to the Senior Quality & Completions Engineer, you will work in a small team for your section, to implement the quality and completions strategy throughout the construction phase and to completion (or handover). You will work with up to either other Assurance Engineers across the entire project.

You will need to understand and implement quality, technical assurance and completions requirements, working closely with the construction delivery teams to balance these against programme constraints and effective methods of delivery. We’d also like you to support the delivery of all section related, construction phase quality, assurance and completions related activities to ensure the timely handover of project assets.

Developing and utilising relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver all construction related aspects of quality and assurance. You’ll be required to use relevant IT systems to manage all relevant quality and completions documentation and records.

• Responsible for maintaining the quality of parts / products / quality records / respective area

Qualification:

• Diploma /Degree in quality control or related field
• Experience in supervisory level
• Experience in ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS45001 related quality system
• Experience in use of Quality tools

Your role

Do you have a proven track record of application performance testing with hands on execution and analysis experience? We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to:

• work with stakeholders to understand NFR, business flow and internal architecture of the application under test
• execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests
• monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address technical issues, facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with development and other cross-functional departments
• analyze the CPU Utilization, memory usage, network usage, garbage Collection and DB parameters to verify the performance of the applications
• generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis
• publish results and receive appropriate sign off. Prepare status reports and monitor defects and issues

Your team

You’ll be working in our delivery team in Singapore. You’ll be working together with global IT team to provide robust and reliable IT services and solutions to help our clients to manage their assets and investments.

Your expertise

• around 5 years of experience in overall sdet and performance testing tools including hp load runner, jmeter
• builds and maintains a scalable, portable, configurable test scripts designed using hp loadrunner tools
• have developed end to end test frameworks with dynamic test data, reusable utilities, database test and detailed reporting
• expertise in test planning, test estimation, test strategy, workload design, test cases design, test environment setup, test data setup, defect management & configuration management
• understanding of monitoring tool such as perfmon, nmon, splunk, wily apm, appdynamcis
• experience with performance testing rest apis, web services and microservices
• experience with cloud-based infrastructure and applications such as aws, azure
• experience in test strategies, methodologies such as bdd/tdd and agile
• strong interpersonal communication skills and a successful team player
