An exciting opportunity has arisen within Community Health and Wellbeing Directorate. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will support the Senior Management Team in providing information across CH&W services on the accurate completion of fields within the clinical systems, to assist in the retrieval, collation, presentation and dissemination of data from any data system, as well as initiating and carrying out any data quality projects and to support CH&W Services with data related requirements. The successful candidate will also provide comprehensive administrative and project management support to the Community Health and Wellbeing Senior Management Team. Primary duties will include; diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparation of agendas and associated documentation.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, the Environmental Services Assistant executes routine repairs and carries out minor maintenance operations with a focus on providing superior customer service to our residents.

Core Outcomes

• Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, window screens and blinds, as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, and switches.
• Performing basic plumbing tasks, which includes unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.
• Patching, painting, and caulking.

Job Description:

Blackstone is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, focused, and organized individual to join the Investor Services team, which is responsible for providing accurate information to our investors.

 

The Private Equity Investor Services team collaborates with the Investment Team, Global Fund Finance, Tax, and Legal & Compliance, as necessary. The role will have direct exposure to senior members across different Business units (BU) and Investment teams as well as the Global Institutional Client Solutions team (Global ICS) to coordinate responses to investor inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

 

·         Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP subscription documents for new fundraises and coordinating with appropriate Blackstone teams and outside counsel to facilitate acceptance

·         Serving as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries

·         Recording approved investor records in systems and populating LP reference data

·         Monitoring Investor Services BU mailboxes and phone lines, validating requests to ensure authenticity and security, and coordinating across teams to address and respond to investors in a timely manner

·         Coordinate responses to certain investor inquiries with Management and Investment teams as well as Global ICS.

• Work directly with internal and external teams to assist in the preparation and review of the 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings and ensure new transactions are appropriately disclosed

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant role entails providing administrative support within Private Wealth Solutions. The responsibilities include:

• Managing calendar(s) including scheduling internal and external appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants
• Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper for senior professionals
• Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests, registering guests in the visitors’ system
• Act as the point of contact for any incoming guests and manage the reception area as needed.
• Managing detailed corporate expenses including tracking receipts and reimbursements
• Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations
• Assist with a variety of bespoke projects, including event planning, strategic operations, and process improvement initiatives

• Acting as back-up support for other senior professionals
   

Qualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:

$70,000 - $130,000

Job DescriptionWe have a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Estate Assistant to join our Estates team working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, from 08:00am to 4:00pm), earning £23,023 per annum. This is a full-time opportunity, working 35 hours per week to support our team providing high quality grounds services to schemes in Devizes, Swindon and surrounding areas. There will be times when you will be expected to cover other areas within Hampshire & Surrey, but company van will be used for travel when this is necessary. All PPE will be provided by Guinness.

Reporting into the Estates Services Officer you will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services to our schemes. We are looking for someone who has good customer service skills as you will be interacting with our customers and colleagues, and you would be working both within a team and on your own. The work can sometimes be quite physically demanding.

Some of the key duties involved are:

-Grounds, maintenance, and external gardening work (Hedge trimming, grass cutting, weed and moss control etc).

-Cleaning internal and external communal areas.

-Using mechanical cleaning tools.

-Cleaning of internal communal areas including lifts, corridors (mopping dusting and vacuuming).

-Bin store/bulk waste management.

-Litter picking.
