An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join our rapidly expanding client based in New Milton, Hampshire as a Finance Supervisor on a permanent basis, offering hybrid working and a salary between £30,000 and £35,000.
You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and your responsibilities will include managing a large team, setting and delivering team goals, and liaising with internal and external parties to resolve high-urgency discrepancies.
As a Finance Supervisor, your duties will include;
• Motivating and managing a large team of 8;
• Setting and delivering personal and team targets;
• Liaising with internal and external parties for the best outcomes for the business and customers;
• Providing support to your team members in resolving high level queries.
The suitable candidate for the Finance Supervisor vacancy;
• Previous experience of team management;
• Confident user of accountancy packages and Excel;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles;
• A positive and outgoing personality to motivate members of your team.
