As the Analyst, Information Security, you’ll be joining CIBC’s Cyber Security Resilience Team and will be supporting eDiscovery for Legal, Corporate Security and various groups. The accountabilities also include system alert analysis for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) investigations. You will be required to assess alerts based on prerequisite analysis, defined decision trees and assign investigations to the LOB (Line of Business) or Corporate Security based on the nature of the event/alert. They will provide problem resolution for data gathering, analysis, process review and recommendations.
You will process requests as per the Life Cycle Management of Privileged IDs. You will partner with internal stakeholders to remediate security incidents related to identity and access management. You will provide technical expertise in development and support of all activities, processes, procedures and tools used for validating and insuring the integrity of information security.

This position provides 24x7 cybersecurity monitoring services for Department of Defense networks. There are three available shifts where you can state your preference: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review DoD and open source intelligence for threats and to identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and integrate those into sensors and SIEMs.
Utilize alerts from endpoints, IDS/IPS, netflow, and custom sensors to identify compromises on customer networks/endpoints.

This position will be a member of the Cybersecurity Assurance (CSA) Global Information Security (GIS) Enterprise Infrastructure Remediation Governance team. In this role, you will help drive infrastructure remediation efforts to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the line of businesses’ (LOB) information assets with a specific focus on cloud computing. Key responsibilities:

·Perform legal and administrative duties as requested by attorneys for Fraud Section (Healthcare Fraud) investigations and trials.
·Assist with case organization and maintenance; plays integral role in preparing team for witness interviews, discovery, and trials.
·Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed based on trial demands.
·Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, communicating detailed summaries and analyses of findings.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
·Undergraduate degree or one (1) year of experience on major litigation support projects
·Highly organized and demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
·Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
·Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment.
·A knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
·Deliver consistent high-quality work product in a deadline driven environment under extreme pressure.
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Adobe Acrobat.
·Familiarity with the Criminal Justice system

What we'll want you to have:

Broad understanding of information technology, including networking, operating systems

Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms (open source and/or enterprise grade)
Ability to collect, analyze, document, and disseminate OSINT information using various
means of collection methods.
Demonstrated understanding of the intelligence life cycle, network threats, attacks,
attack vectors and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intrusion set tactics,
