Account Management:

• Manage existing client accounts by understanding their technology requirements.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Oversee account P&L across projects

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
• Identify areas for growth and innovation within the healthcare market.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Track key performance metrics related to account management and sales.
• Provide regular reports to management on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Extensive knowledge within the innovation & transformation space
• Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
• Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with project management
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Be a team player, with a great sense of humor.
• Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire and establish new clients
• Implement, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve KPI and sales quota
• Work and liaise closely with interdisciplinary groups comprising Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Consultants to create comprehensive IT solutions for current and prospective customers.
• Effectively lead and oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships and network with key prospective clients within the customer community and vendor community.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Sales and sales experience
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to have quick rapport with clients and colleagues
