Job Overview

As a part-time Product Operations Coordinator, you will play a valuable role in supporting administrative and operational functions within the product development team. Your responsibilities will focus on documentation, file management, and facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed product documentation, including product specifications and requirements.
• Organise and manage product-related files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
• Assist in documentation, ad hoc administrative duties, and data entry.
• Document accurate product measurements and specifications and report to team lead.
• Ensure product sample and batch consistency for every batch from the suppliers.

Requirements:

• Training will be provided.
• Must be able to commit at least 3 days a week, up to 5 days.
• Office hours: Mondays to Fridays 10am to 6pm (excluding lunch hour)

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers.

Your responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Despatch Admin based in Milton Keynes. Your role will be to manage the allocation of stock to work orders for the shop floor, landing materials onto the SAP system, and create & inspect of final despatch paperwork for the transport.

You will be living and breathing the One Team ethos and Materials-as-a-service strategy whilst reporting to the Production Team Leaders and Operations Manager.

Your main duties will be:

• Accurately and efficiently allocate materials to production Orders.
