Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance and 5 years business experience in corporate financial reporting and budgeting or IT operational functions in IT Financials, OR 8 business experience in corporate financial reporting and budgeting or IT operational functions in IT Financials.
*Knowledge of tools/applications used within Internal Operations (i.e. Blue View, Center View, Workforce Tools, PeopleSoft, Ariba, ITAM, ISAM, Clarity, eBudget) and experience with at least one tool or comparable
*Experience in SSD or ITG budget preparation.
*Experience in merger and acquisition activities requiring due diligence performance.
*Customer service skills including managing customers’ expectations and/or vendor relationships.
*Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
*Presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.

This role will work in coordination and collaboration with partner Business Development and Relationship Management professional to drive territory strategy planning and communicate daily with that partner on tasks key to influencing growth and relationship management within client and prospective-client firms.

This is a full-time role in Adhesion's Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage clients and prospective clients, led by online meetings, telephone, and email, to drive sales agendas and support adviser-client’s full engagement health.
• Profile prospective clients, upkeep copious notes, and identify opportunities for engagement Organization and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and maintain contacts in salesforce
• Assist in responses to RFPs by maintaining relevant information and collaborating with internal teams
• Perform market research by identifying trends, competitors, and key accounts, and relaying articles of value to the sales team
• Maintain sales collateral and marketing material for team distribution
• Other duties may be assigned

Education & Experience:

• 1-3 Years of exposure to the financial services industry

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in compliance functions such as designing and performing compliance monitoring / surveillance and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Interpret and analyse new or revised regulatory requirements, and providing advisory support to business units and the management to ensure they adopt adequate measures to manage/mitigate compliance risks.
• Timely escalation of adverse or significant compliance/regulatory issues to management
• Design compliance training materials/regular training to business units to ensure they remain abreast of latest regulatory developments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal or External Audit
• Good understanding of the regulatory framework for securities business, including but not limited to Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, SGX-ST Rules and AML/CFT financial crime-related regulatory requirements.
• Experience of interacting with the local regulators, auditors, authorities/associations
• Strong ability in assessing the appropriateness of the FI's compliance procedures and guidelines and evaluating compliance with requirements
