This position will report to the Process SOX Manager. The core responsibility of this role is to test business process controls for design effectiveness and operating effectiveness in accordance with a risk-based audit plan. Additionally, this role will also test IT general controls, application controls, and entity-level controls.

Job Description:

• Create narratives to map out financial reporting processes.

• Manage the SOX control testing document request process.

Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years in internal audit or external audit
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency; high-level of comfort with Excel

The Role

• Reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing controls in a wide range of environments

Your Profile

• Experience auditing FMCG, high technology, oil & gas, distribution and logistic, manufacturing or semiconductor industry in particular can be a bonus
• An understanding of core business processes around sales, procurement, payroll, inventory management, etc
• Experience in data analytics and next generation technologies e.g. machine learning, artificial intelligence will be strongly preferred
• Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or similar strongly preferred
• Effective organizational, leadership, influencing and client management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Highly analytical, creative in thinking and tenacious with a “take charge” attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in teams of varying sizes

Requirements

Education

• At least 4years of relevant working experience in data analytics, process improvement, and digital transformation.
