About the Position  

The Regional Finance Manager provides support, leadership, guidance, and technical oversight regarding the financial activities of all Regional, Country, and Project Offices (implementing offices). This position acts as a direct liaison with implementing offices regarding the overall financial strategy and direction set by the management. 

Key Responsibilities   

• Directs and coordinates financial activities in implementing offices in concert with the Center’s financial objectives and priorities.

With a functional reporting to the finance lead in the APAC HQ based in China, you will manage a small team with responsibilities over the full spectrum of finance operations. You will be the point of contact with external audit and tax parties to ensure corporate governance. You will also be the go-to finance partner to the Country MD to drive business profitability and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for payroll activities for the local business.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be ACCA or degree qualified with at least 8 years of finance controllership experience in a lean set up. Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics is advantageous. You are confident, articulate and able to communicate with all functions of the business. You are comfortable working in the north and can look forward to a hybrid work environment.
