How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
· Create strong vendor partnerships, ensuring that The North Face products are developed in alignment with the brand’s design and future vision.
· Co-create product development and innovation strategies in collaboration with the brand product development teams in the US and Europe.
· Play a lead role in creating a multiyear sourcing strategy that will facilitate and power brand growth, ensuring best-in-class product development and fit our consumer needs.
How you will do it:
· Communicating proactively with brand stakeholders, product development, and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar that enables best-in-class on-time samples, execution, and delivery.
· Collaboration with all internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Global Product Costing, Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Finance, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure the alignment of sourcing strategy and brand direction.
· Challenge the status quo by adopting a creative and curious style that can drive continuous improvement.

· Establish partnerships with vendors to support brand product development strategies and growth plans.
· Managing vendor partnerships, ensuring performance that can drive profitability for the brand and sustained shared goals.

Years of related professional experience: 5 years
Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

- Proficiency in leading, facilitating, and championing change.

- Experience using Excel and Word is required. Proficiency using Excel at an advanced level; work with multiple worksheets and workbooks.
