Responsibility:

• Together with Brand and Marketing Director, define the overall marketing strategy of the business and will oversee the consistent, effective and efficient execution of marketing programmes across all key areas.
• Accountable for the marketing expenditure and the company's marketing initiatives.
• Heavily involved with the development of seasonal selling concepts that drive effective and efficient positioning, strategy and creative direction
• Responsible for establishing and coordinating all marketing functions in the assigned marketing area for the purpose of assuring company growth, product development and profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, major in Marketing, Advertising, Designs, Creative or Visual Mechanizing is a plus
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with 4 years in people management capacity.
• Prior exposure in sportswear, apparel, fashion creative/design industry.
• Excellent time management, communications, logical-thinking, decision-making, presentation and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in English. Ability in Mandarin is a plus for liaison with counterparts in China headquarter.
• Passion on sports is a must.

• Under the direction of the installation CYS coordinator, serves as a Sports and Fitness (S/F) Director with overall responsibility for the operation, integration, coordination, and oversight of a comprehensive CYS Sports and Fitness Program.
• Responsible for the development of a broad volunteer program which includes recruiting, training, certifying, and managing coaches and officials for various sports.
• Ensures staff and volunteers follow risk management procedures (i.e., abuse prevention, identification, and reporting procedures; accident prevention, etc.). Monitors adult/participant ratios to ensure proper staffing policies are enforced.
• Initiates and maintains necessary relationships with local schools, community agencies and other like groups. Develops and maintains partnerships beneficial to CYS program participants.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert on installation Child and Youth Services sports and fitness issues. Prepares reports, surveys, and briefings for command and installation on matters pertaining to CYS.
