Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the financial management of Southeast Asia retail region, focusing on team building and team management;
• Participate in the preparation of Southeast Asia business plans, business briefings, and financial analysis reports; responsible for retail region budget management, budget preparation arrangements, guidance, review, control, and execution analysis; follow up on budget implementation and make adjustments when necessary;
• Responsible for the review of expenses in Southeast Asia and timely, accurate control of various expense expenditures;
• Responsible for promoting the Group's headquarters standards and related systems to all brands and stores;
• Responsible for reviewing contracts of regional business operations, identifying problems and mitigating risks in a timely manner;
• Provide timely financial reports and necessary financial analysis to the regional manager and other department heads, offering strong financial support for business development;
• Responsible for the financial work control and internal control management of retail stores, following up on the implementation and execution of internal control measures, conducting audits on key issues, proposing feasible reward and punishment schemes, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 3 years above work experience with retail industry in regional operations.
• Expert skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Demonstrates well-developed analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to succinctly present and inform decision making with well-structured analysis.
• Attention to detail with a keen aptitude to ensure accuracy and quality of output.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to develop Southeast Asia (SEA) regional product merchandising mix for the brands under Anta Group, ensure merchandising strategy is properly coordinated to the local and regional teams and implemented efficiently to achieve the organization's goals (offline and online).
• Prepare the seasonal product range tailored to the local product needs, develop the quarterly range calendar release date, and determine the merchandising allocation for all channels (offline and online).
• Work closely with China Headquarter and SEA countries' local product development teams to address SEA market needs, study and report regional trends, and manage and monitor sportswear and shoes localization plan (SMU) progress for the regional market.
• Establish long-term vision for different brands and categories growth, and develop the seasonal merchandising plan to achieve targets, and ensure Anta's healthy image in the market.
• Conduct consumer and market research in the SEA region, develop the database of analysis on our global competitors and local brands.
• Manage sales/buy plan forecasting, sales, and margin targets based on regional requirements.

About the Role

The SEA IT team is looking for a capable and hands-on IT Support Engineer experienced with software and hardware support for retail stores & office operation across Southeast Asia (SEA). Our team is dedicated to develop solutions for the retail business and offering daily support for the business and this is an outstanding opportunity to join a focused team and work collaboratively with other stakeholders to make a significant impact to the business & operation.

Job Description

• Act as single point of contact for service manager, operations manager or business and other IT teams in China and SEA countries for any kind of technical terms for both store & office operation.
• Assist on site and store opening preparation including installation, configuration, staging of equipment and maintenance of retail-specific hardware and software system such as POS (Point of Sales) terminals, barcode scanners, cash registers, payment gateways, etc.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement and integrate retail systems including inventory management, loyalty programs and CRM systems.
• Support and maintain networking infrastructure, including switchers, routers, and wireless access points, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment or software issues.

Key Qualification & Skills

• Experience in Retail POS systems, hardware and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning) system.
• Good experience in supporting window and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and payment devices.
