Role Summary

The APAC Regional Compliance Director will join a developing, dynamic, and talented Global Ethics and Compliance team and advise the business on relevant ethics and compliance topics and issues. This position reports to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.

About the role

• Support compliance training and communications, including tailoring content, audience identification, training delivery, and completion tracking
• Conduct risk assessments and monitoring activities in the APAC Region
• Third party risk management – liaise with the business to ensure timely and accurate due diligence/economic sanctions/KYC screening of third parties
• Executes on additional projects and workstreams as required to develop and mature the company’s Ethics & Compliance Program
• Manage and mentor a team of ethics & compliance professionals in the APAC region

About You

• JD or equivalent preferred
• Substantial experience (10+ years) in managing ethics and compliance programs and/or equivalent strategic advisory experience in key ethics and compliance areas such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, International Trade Regulations, Conflicts of Interest, Fraud, Due Diligence and third-party management.
• Deep understanding of ABC law and practice, together with an ability to apply that knowledge to complex and sensitive scenarios.
• Self-confidence to take a firm stand and able to seek solutions to complex issues
  Strong moral compass and unquestionable integrity

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the compliance function reporting directly to the Deputy Compliance Officer (“DCO”) this position owns the anti-corruption compliance program for Illumina’s markets in AMEA and Greater China (“AMEA/China Markets”). The DCO ensures that the AMEA/China Markets anti-corruption compliance program is aligned with the 7 Effective Elements of a compliance program as well as the companywide Corporate Compliance Program. This position is responsible for the development, improvement, and day to day activities/management of AMEA/China Markets anti-corruption compliance program and system. With direction from the CCO and DCO this position is also responsible for implementing anti-corruption compliance standards and procedures and ensuring that these standards are communicated and institutionalized throughout the AMEA/China Markets. This position serves as the local subject matter expert on Anticorruption topics or functions.  This position requires the ability to be a business partner. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with a degree in accounting, finance, legal studies, or related field being a plus.

General position summary:  

Associate Director, Regional QA Lead (LATAM & Central America) is a leader within International Quality organization who holds responsibility in ensuring quality compliance in LATAM and Central American Vertex Affiliates. Key Responsibilities:

LATAM & Central American Regional activities:

About the role:

CLA is looking to hire an Assurance Manager or Director in our Minneapolis office.

As an Assurance Manager or Director you will:

• Assume full responsibility for planning, supervising, and controlling all phases of the Firm’s regular services for those clients delegated by Principals.

• Assume in-charge responsibility; plan the timing, staffing and execution of assurance engagements to promote the most efficient operation and deliver value to our clients.

What you'll need:

The Quality Director provides leadership and direction to the quality department.  Facilitates development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of services within the division through collaboration with the organization’s leaders, clinical/medical staff directors, and other management.  Assures achievement of goals and adherence to policies, procedures, and standards set forth by state, federal, and hospital regulatory agencies.  Creates an environment of innovation and creativity through transformational leadership.  This position helps to strategically improve services and develop measurable outcomes throughout all departments and personnel.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Advance Degree preferred.
• Maintains current and active status on all required training and education as outlined by corporate policy.
• Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration. 
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Three to five years management experience preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in clinical practice, hospital operations, and quality roles is preferred.
• Training or education in performance improvement techniques preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance and Investigation team and ensure compliance investigation process is appropriately conducted.
• Proactively assist the business with identifying appropriate remedial and preventative actions to prevent a re-occurrence and to understand trends and to analyse and report on such trends.
