Quality Service Officer

Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to feedback and enquiries from members of public received from channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls

• Provide interim replies to cases received

• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public

• Monitor progress of cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards

• Assist in collating data and providing analysis on cases received

Job Requirements

• Good writing and communication skills

• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Customer service experience will be added advantage

Requirements:

• Singaporean

• Strong analytical skills and data comprehension expertise.

• Possess at least 3 to 5 years in call center experience.

• Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set out i.e. >85% accuracy in SA triggers

• Strong fact finding skills to ensure correct content are present and necessary.

• Those with Call Center speech analytics background will be highly advantageous.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to extra hours to meet deadlines.

Salary: S$3,500

Working Days: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Location: Chinatown/Clarke Quay

Contract Period: Current contract till 31 Dec 2023 (Renewable from 1 Jan 2024 based on KPI and company needs)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to survey enquiries and escalations via personalized calls and email correspondence
• Assist respondents to complete surveys using approved methodology by explaining survey objectives
• Compile, record and input data collected from completed surveys into the system
• Conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected
• Ensure that KPIs and service levels are met consistently via prompt follow ups
• Work closely with inbound/ outbound Project Experience Managers to develop quality service operational SOPs and processes
• Evaluate and improve current SOPs while setting up new deliverables and SOPs within the operational guidelines
• Drive customer experience centre initiatives including call audits
• Guide the team to achieve the expected behavioral and efficiency standards through coaching to level up on the customer experience
• Root cause analysis to identify triggers for customer dissatisfaction and identify areas of improvement within team
• Perform service recovery and provide pro-active solutions for escalation
  Identify and highlight gaps in service deliverables for continuous improvement
• Provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction to achieve highest level of service excellence
• Handle high level email replies
• Analytical thinking process
• Able to organise, identify and/or derive reports using Excel
• Any other adhoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• 2 years and above of call centre experience
