We are looking for a Receiving Officer to join our team!

As a Receiving Officer we rely on you to:

• Check all goods received to ensure that they meet the prescribed quantity and quality set by the various user departments.
• Ensures and controls the food safety hazards (Biological, Chemical and Physical) from receiving of food items are minimized.
• Ensure all food received are verified and checked before deliver to Outlets.
• To ensure the Store Rooms and Goods comply with SFSMS / HACCP Standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in performing store functions for a large company, preferably a hotel
• Good attitude with integrity

• To have knowledge of the operational systems of the Front Desk and Guest Relations operations and related areas
• Ensures guest preferences are collected, correctly recorded, and acted upon in order to delight our guests.
• Drives customer delight and retention by being a role model in delighting guests in every single interaction.
• Responds promptly to guest feedback. Forwards to relevant departments if required and follows up to ensure appropriate action has been taken.
• Is familiar with all daily events taking place in the hotels, arrival/departure information, group movements, GTC arrivals/departures, current occupancies and those for the immediate period and key future dates, details of special hotel/company promotions and rates.
• Keeps up to date with local/hotel events and provides accurate information and direction to guests, as required.
• Handles all guests’ requests or inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/certificate in hotel management studies
• Minimum 1 years working experience in the Front Office of a 200+ room, four/five star international hotel or related guest contact, service industry.

We are looking for a Hygiene Officer to join our team!

As a Hygiene Officer, we rely on you to:

• Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our kitchend and F&B outlets.
• Pest control and cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control and cleaning contractor service schedule.
• Assist to enforce food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP, SFS and ISO 22000 requirement of all Food and Hygiene matters.

Working hours:

• 6am to 4pm
• 12pm to 10pm
• Required to work one weekend a week

Role:

• Initiates the overall impression & proactively engages with our guests, enhancing their experience by fielding inquiries, promoting our vast array of amenities & benefits and facilitating welcoming and efficient interactions.
• Pays prompt attention to guests from their arrival through their departure.
• Escorts VIPs, long staying guests, regular guests and guests who required assistance to their allocated rooms.
• Handles all group arrivals and prepare the necessary arrangements to facilitate a smooth and seamless check-in..
• Constantly monitors the experience of each guest and reports any complaints to the management.

• Possess qualified certificate in WSQ Security and SIRD License

• Assists in establishing hardware maintenance programs and procedures in case of system interruptions.
• Assists in ensuring security of data storage and protection.
• Oversees maintenance and handling of equipment used.
• Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
• Provides End Users with training and support.
• Prepare updated training materials
• Conducts employee training & schedules periodic review of department duties.

• Diploma in Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Engineering or related fields
