The Opportunity:
In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Onsite Services and will work closely with the Avantor’s Lab and Production Services team of over 1,500 on- and off-site expert personnel – and our customers – to perform customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 6 am – 3 pm
Wage: $18.75 per hour

What we’re looking for:
High School diploma or GED is required.
1+ years of experience in customer service, inventory replenishment, and/or material handling is required.
Microsoft Suite including Excel is required.
Outstanding communication and follow through skills required.
Excellent attention to detail required.
Able to lift 50 lbs. required.
Customer service focus with the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the customer's needs are being met required.
Able to partner with other teams and suppliers and deliver results in a matrix environment, balancing multiple internal and external partners required.

Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.

Receive inbound shipments from UPS, FedEx, and other common carriers.
Resolve all shipping errors.
Manage customer’s warehouse inventory, including delivery product replenishment.
Support multiple customers in a geographic area will require driving between facilities to perform inventory task.
Perform additional inventory management-related functions such as monitoring slow-moving and dead stock, conducting cycle counting and yearly inventories, and reporting, etc.
Perform shipping coordination activities such as answering customer calls, and handling routine issues.
Utilize Avantor and customer computer systems in fulfillment of job duties
Meet goals and objectives: safety, performance, and quality.

The Opportunity:
In this role, you will report to the supervisor of site services and will work closely with the Avantor’s Lab and Production Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.
Location: Chandler, AZ
Shifts: Monday through Friday, 6 am - 3 pm
