Responsibilities :

· Main responsibility is for intercompany transactions such as taking in intercompany invoices into system, with allocation to different cost centres.

· Run interface of intercompany AR & AP invoices from operational system to accounting system.

· Submission of intercompany invoices for netting

· Review of intercompany balances, perform reconciliation & proposal of netting within Singapore entities as well as proposal of payment of intercompany balances.

· Assist on Credit Control by helping to generate AR aging with commentary on collection status for overseas agents.

· Follow up on payment from intercompany for outstanding receivables.

· Sending of statement of accounts to relevant parties.

· Issue intercompany billing for recharges, interests, management fee etc.

· Daily update of bank balances summary

· Update of exchange rates into system

· Support the team in month end closing by ensuring delegated task are completed within deadlines.

· Any other Ad-hoc or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· At least 1 year of experience in finance or related roles in logistics/freight forwarding industries or any accouting firm is a must

· Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Data entry for inventory management
• Verification of goods receipt
• Ensure that all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately to prevent inventory discrepancies

Requirement:

• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel
• Proficient in WMS / SAP
• Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers

Responsibilities :

· Liaise and coordinate with Forwarders to ensure shipments are planned, uplifted and POD to designate countries within the TAT requirement.

· Liaise and coordinate with Ship Sites to ensure orders are delivered to Forwarder.

· Ensure timely generation and submission reports required for uplift operation.

· Address and resolve any operation issues related to uplift raised by Internal Customers/Ship Sites/Forwarders.

· Attend Monthly Forwarder Business Review Meeting and follow up on any actions highlighted by customer management.

· Support Month end closing for shipments to ensure orders POD and capture revenue.

· Support any damage claim request due to uplift operation from internal customers.

Requirements:

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Supply Chain/Freight forwarding field is required for this position

· Related study in Logistics / Supply Chain preferable

· Experience in SAP system

· Advanced skills in MS Excel applications

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse / logistics environment

· Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

· Experience in 3PL is an advantage

· Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn

· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS

· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.

· Forklift license added advantage
