What is the job role?

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager (Grade 10) to join the Transformation Team for twelve months (Full-time, Fixed Term Contract) to lead on work to enable delivery of cross cutting transformation projects and programmes, as part of our emerging Transformation Plan and to facilitate delivery of the Council’s Medium Term Financial Strategy.

The successful applicant will take a ‘One Coventry’ approach to working with Council services, stakeholders and partners, to manage and deliver significant change and transformation projects and programmes, in response to the council’s transformation plan priorities. Activities will focus on:

• making best use of data and insight to support the development of initiatives, focus on preventative strategies;
• co-creating new approaches and delivery models to deliver efficiencies;
• maximising income;
• removing duplication and ensuring maximum efficiency across all areas of council service delivery;
• identifying and testing opportunities for innovation.

The Program Manager is responsible for the management and success of the Accor Plus loyalty Program for their regional offices (Pacific) through driving their team to meet/exceed sales targets as set by Accor Plus Head office.

Managing Sales Performance:

• Setting team targets daily on sales board that are challenging but achievable and in line with annual budget target requirements
• Weekly employee sales action plan
• Celebrate sales and wins with team and individuals daily
• Motivates staff through daily meetings and initiating new ideas to keep staff driven and morale high
• The fair distribution of leads to employees who are meeting NSE.
• Tracking sales performance through effective use of all performance reports.
• Monitor strict adherence to DNC regulation

Client Relation Management:

• Maintain ongoing relationships with Key personnel of your program’s region.
• Ensure customer feedback/requests are handled promptly.

Purpose: To be the first point of contact for both customer and factory on technical and operational issues. Responsible to lead the program team to resolve issues and constraints that will impact delivery schedule.

• Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and update the associate BOM to the latest revision.

• To track,document and compile weekly summary technical report on all errors and faults on AVL equipment.
• To manage and account for appropriate spare AVL equipment stocks remain available and serviceable on site to support operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the Training Centre assigned to you is well-managed and daily operations are carried out without any lapses;
• Ensure overall customer service of the reception counter is maintained at a satisfactory level, where visitors visit and leave the space delighted
• Manage staff under your supervision complete their daily operation duties to facilitate class administration processes
• To ensure that all documentation for class start is readily prepared and completed for Trainers to apply during the start of classes
• Ensure all transfer and withdrawal processes are completed accurately and timely as per required by the Company and/or Program Partners
• Ensure that all documents submitted meet the standard for invoicing
• Report in a timely fashion, any disruptions, challenges, and non-compliant behaviours that are affecting daily operations at the Training Centre.
