The Assistant Directorate Manager is an exciting role. With operational responsibility for the delivery and the performance of Elective activity. The opportunity for service growth and development is in your hands. Leading multi-disciplinary teams to identify and implement service improvements, the opportunity to work to your strengths and expand your skills and knowledge is yours.
Main duties of the role include oversight of performance, financial management and management of outpatient staff and services from a rota and HR perspective.
There are exciting opportunities to work alongside clinical leads to develop strategic plans and be involved in the business case process.
