Responsibilities
- Supervise Accounting and Finance team
- Oversee all financial operations of all entities of Bitcastle Group
- In charge of all monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting reports for all entities of Bitcastle group, including preparation of group financial consolidation reports, tax filing documents, cashflow management report, bank and crypto reconciliation report

Once specific needs are identified, this role is responsible for helping to recognize and oversee the implementation of solutions that will contribute to achieving client goals. As a senior member of the team, your duties also include taking financial responsibility for your assigned projects and brand(s).

From a more macro view, the role requires a strong business and operational development skillset where the ask is to drive more revenue, operational efficiencies, and accounts for the agency.

As a senior in the team, the SAM/AAD is also expected to manage a team of junior to midweights and provide them guidance.

Requirements:

• Understands the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of their client’s business
• Shapes and drives direction and activity on a given piece of business; recognizes and advances big ideas and opportunities
• Demonstrates accountability for agency performance and flawless execution
• Manages client expectations, objectives, and timelines
• Recognizes, works through, and resolves conflict situations
• Builds and maintains senior-level relationships at the client and within the agency
• Coaches, involves and inspires the growth and development of the team
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of Account Servicing experience and have had hands-on experience handling campaigns on various communication channels for FMCG and alcohol brands. Possesses the personality to develop thriving client relations and can lead creative presentations.

What you will need:

• Knowledge and experience of audit, accounting and tax concepts

• You have a knack for solving issues and can confidently bring solutions to the table.

Compensation Strategy: Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.  We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people.  Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.  These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.  For Washington, the range for this position is $88,000 to $152,000.
