Key Summary

As the Director of Productivity Longevity, you will be responsible for the ground up initiative to work on projects to help shape seniors of the future. You will be a leader in transforming the mindset of employers by delivering innovative ideas to turn ageing from a societal liability to a productive asset. The incumbent will develop strategies by adopting focus group or research projects to help achieve Tsao Foundation mission and objective in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external agencies, government bodies, social services, multinational corporations
(MNCs), small-to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to put in place systems and structures to reskill or upskill all workers to be productive at all life stages.
- Work on various strategies to embrace multigenerational workforce.
- Provide guidance and advise to take on older workers by bringing their wisdom and life experiences to complement the skills of younger workers within the workforce.
- Responsible of the future of work and create inclusive approach to lifelong learning of the workforce and benefit from the increased longer life.
- Introduce ways to help organization to build business resilience, such as developing critical core skills in the workforce and to reaffirm that the organization have opportunities for all.
- develop a common framework based on mapping out seniors’ learning, employment and volunteering needs.
- Work with agencies on common referral processes and the sharing of client data across their network of touchpoints to reach and improve programme effectiveness.
- Utilize data analysis and metrics to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and measure the impact of productivity improvement initiatives.
- Lead transformational initiatives by effectively communicating the vision, goals, and benefits of proposed changes to various stakeholders across the organization.
- Drive and oversee the projects, adoption and look at ways to improve programmes.
- Foster a collaborative culture by working closely with cross-functional teams on such project and initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience in strategic planning or research work on workforce Productive Longevity and/or transformational leadership with 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Change management expertise with a track record of successfully implementing transformational initiatives including Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement on financial and strategic commitments.
- Strong execution skills turn strategy into tactics and results.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to collaborate with energy, motivation, determination, and possess a passion in Workforce Productive Longevity.
- Comfortable in influence and consulting roles and leadership.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector will be a bonus.
