Reporting to the CHRO, the successful candidate is a strategic business partner to the senior managementteam and is responsible for driving the people agenda for the organization. This includes providing strategic HR advice and counsel, designing and implementing HR initiatives, and leading a team of HR business partners globally.
Part B: Responsibilities and Duties
· Develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the organization.
· Provide strategic HR advice and counsel to senior leaders and business unit heads.
· Partner with business leaders to drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent
acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
· Lead the HR business partner team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they deliver a high standard of
service to the business.
· Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance with local employment laws.
· Manage and resolve employee relations issues, partnering with legal counsel as needed.
· Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives to support a positive and productive work culture.
· Partner with the HR centre of excellence to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
· Provide thought leadership on HR trends and best practices to senior leadership.
Part C: Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
· Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
· Experience working in a large multinational organization, with a strong understanding of the HR function.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into HR strategy.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
of the organization.
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team of HR business partners.
· Excellent communication, possess strategic thinking, ability to make effective decision, co-ordinates effectively
with stakeholders (local & overseas)
· Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately
· Outgoing and possess “Can Do” attitude with good inter-personal skills
· Ability to identify bottlenecks in overall HR processes. · Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
