Reporting to the Hospital Planning Committee (HPC), you will play a pivotal role in leading as well as collaborating with the clinical leads and planning teams in developing informatics requirements for ongoing operations and development of new services/capabilities that promotes patient safety and increases productivity.

You will manage user requirements, develop and evaluate programmes, and establish operational processes for informatics. This will include organising workflow simulations based on various scenarios to test new models both virtually and on physical prototypes in the Healthcare Living Lab (HLL), develop resourcing plans to support the operationalisation of the new campus, as well as support the operational readiness, activation, and transition (ORAT) plan of the hospital.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Science, Informatics or Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years’ experience in a professional service environment and project management
• Proven track record in informatics development and management, process methodologies would be an advantage
• Possess excellent planning, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation

You will support the Group Director of Staff Wellness in envisioning and formulating short, medium and long-term staff wellness strategies aimed at defining and promulgating a cluster-wide culture on reducing mental health stigma and increasing awareness on mental wellbeing. You will analyse, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff mental wellness initiatives and programme.

You will manage the development and building of frameworks, programmes and initiatives to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate avenues and resources to support all staff in distress, as well as educate and empower staff and Head of Departments / supervisors on all aspects of staff mental wellness and staff resilience.

You will lead and organise special mental wellbeing-focused events/activities to facilitate awareness building and capacity development amongst staff. You will lead efforts at cluster-wide integration and harmonisation of staff mental wellness policies, systems, and processes to create a one SingHealth culture in fostering greater cluster cohesion and collaboration in the promotion of mental wellbeing.

Requirements

You will be part of the team responsible for the implementation of the various functions and sections of the Clinical Services to ensure compliance with relevant clinical statutory and regulatory requirements and proper discharge of obligations under the Ministry of Health’s Service Level Agreement.

You will supervise the Clinical Services and Medical Affairs staff in developing clinical governance frameworks and policies, improving professional and clinical quality and practice as well as overseeing the Clinical Notes Review Programme to meet regulatory requirements at different project phases of the Hospital building.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all medico-legal issues and providing support to clinical and non-clinical departments on other general legal matters for timely reporting of events.

You will also oversee the clinical administration team that supports the development of the clinical research, innovation, education and informatics as we develop the new Eastern General Hospital.

Requirements:

You will support the Group Director in delivering a robust innovation system in SingHealth by developing and implementing new innovation programmes and initiatives. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as secure leadership buy-in for new programmes and policies. You will also create best-practice guidelines for innovators and innovation teams within the cluster on the negotiation of innovation-related agreements to better manage potential roadblocks and pitfalls that could hinder progress of innovation projects.

You will identify and scan for new technology opportunities that could enhance cluster innovation and transformation, work with partners on its implementation and adoption within SingHealth and guide the division personnel in the process of scientific publications (including developing research objectives and study design, data analysis and drafting of manuscripts). You will also ensure that learnings from Division of Innovation & Transformation’s work can be documented and disseminated to the wider scientific and healthcare community.

You will implement and oversee partnership programmes with other organisations and entities for innovation, including identifying new strategic partners and collaborating with the various leads of innovation in the global health programme, division offices, and other stakeholders to develop and implement curriculum for the innovation in global health programme. You will also assist the Group Director in overseeing division functions such as risk management and training.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 12 years’ experience (preferably in innovation-related work, and with healthcare experience).
• Knowledge and expertise in process improvement, improvement methodologies and tools & techniques, such as Design thinking, Lean and Six-sigma, would be an advantage.

Reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and deployment of technology-based solutions to support SingHealth’s strategic HR goals and objectives and to enhance HR processes and operational efficiencies through innovation and automation. You will support cross-institution harmonisation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimisation and efficiency of HR IT systems and the seamless integration of IT systems across SingHealth for HR-related content.

You will oversee a team of HR Systems Specialists to support the operations of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) through system administration, regular upkeep and enhancements. You will direct and implement initiatives to ensure the governance of the HRIS and HR technology related projects, as well as address and mitigate risks to data and cyber security. You will work with various internal stakeholders and vendors to achieve effective use of technology to support business functions and digital transformation.

You will partner various stakeholders to manage and ensure timely submissions of the Group Budget, Group Statutory Accounts and Group Monthly Financial Reports, and participate in MOH Holdings and cluster-wide initiatives. You shall also ensure all Group Finance policies and procedures are kept up to date, and act as the Finance partner to IT in gatekeeping expenses. You will report to and support the Director, Office for Innovation, to oversee the administration of innovation grant calls and innovation clinics. You will be responsible for leading a team consisting of a Senior Manager, Managers and Executives. You will work with key leaders to formulate, drive, implement and support various innovation programs and initiatives under the Academic Medicine Innovation Institute (AMII) on priority areas such as culture building anddeveloping human capital, co-development and test-bedding, adoption andscaling, emerging technologies and data.

You will coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including sister departments in the Division of Innovation and Transformation (DOIT), various innovation offices and programmes across SingHealth.
