Hanson Global Freight Sdn Bhd launched in year of October 2018 as a sea-freight, clearance, trucking, haulage, trans-loading, warehouse, MITI & MTIB, we have grown by years. It is able to offer a wider and competitive freight-forwarding routes and services for all of your time-definite deliveries. Hanson Global Freight Sdn Bhd initially started off with only 4 people and cater specifically for Sea Freight, Clearance, Haulage and Trucking. JOB QUALIFICATION:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM & Diploma.
• Candidate in logistics & shipping industry experience will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To follow instructions given by superior to meet dateline and client demand.
• To respond to inquiries and comments from clients.
• Provide port disbursement account to the customer upon request and follow-up.
• Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand them to relevant PICs.
• Monitor local and oversea emails.
• Assist in preparing a full set of Shipping Documentation for ocean import/ export shipment (i.e., Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, etc.)
• Check the completeness and accuracy of shipping documentation and ensure that submissions are made promptly to the forwarding agent and freight forwarder to avoid delays and avoid storage charges incurred.
• Update and maintain Shipping spreadsheets.
• Assist in liaising with Custom Malaysia and MITI departments for any new changes in regulations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
