1. Responsible for handling live streams for skincare and fashion brands.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Assisting in handling Daily PO delivery to ensure orders sent out on-time and receive on time, To assist AM, purchasing manager with daily departmental activities and purchasing function. Cross support operational procurement in Singapore all outlets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To maintain and record on documentation control as required.
• To assist purchasing on sourcing for food and non-food items.
• To assist with purchasing functions and manage daily departmental operation.
• Follow up delivery of orders and send to related vendors.
• Work with vendors to follow up on rejected PO or delivery issues happened in daily operation.
• To handle purchasing works such as quotations and purchase order to supplier.
• Follow up and chasing on SOA suppliers to ensure all invoices received correctly and on-time.
• To review, verify and check the details of DO & PO, follow up with supplier to ensure OTD 100% with all levels.
• Work with all departments as require and good communication.

Job Responsibilities :

To support razer gold global procurement daily operation task particularly to the inventory control, inventory movement and demand forecasting.

1. Procurement Operation: Purchase & Delivery

• Raise PR/PO to game pin vendors to replenish inventory.
• Follow up with Games Pin vendors for the delivery of stock.
• Lead time management .
• Follow up payment with Finance to avoid the delay of pin delivery.
• Vendors management: manage and feedback on vendor's performance in terms of service and product quality.
• Raise PO all regions.

  2. Inventory Management:

• Weekly forecast for Game Pins.
• Review and monitor stock level to avoid out of stock issues/ over stock issues.
• 3rd party pins stock control.
• Inventory reconciliation for Razer Gold.

  
3. System maintenance: Mlogin/ SAP (if necessary- for Zest Thai is by Finance)

•  Create and maintain RG's Product ID (PID) for all region.
•  New products creation: Setup new project / Game promotion and new price rate or new commission scheme setting in Mlogin.
    

4. Document / Reporting administration

• To ensure complete document for all procurement transaction is duly executed.
• To ensure all hardcopy and softcopy of procurement documents properly file/ kept/ archive.
• Able to retrieve necessary document for audit, vendor payment for cross checking purpose.
• Preparing procurement’s daily/ weekly / month report as required from time to time.

Pre-Requisites :

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles including sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends for process optimization and cost savings.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing procurement documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Openness to learning new concepts and adapting to changes in processes or priorities.
• Awareness of relevant laws and regulations governing procurement activities in Malaysia.
• Available for a minimum internship duration as per organizational requirements (typically 3 to 6 months).

• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major

SUMMARY

The intern position would provide a hybrid of Purchasing and Sourcing support within our Global Procurement Supply Chain (GPSC) team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for the setup and maintaining existing suppliers within the Pierce database. Prepare weekly reports for department leads to assist in decision making for the company.   Partner with cross functional team to gather part drawings and additional part information to support the GPSC sourcing team. Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers to obtain cross references of part numbers. Liaison between GPSC and Engineering to provide updated part drawings to the supplier Partner with internal cross functional teams to process internal purchasing requests for non-inventory parts and services.  Complete tax-exempt certificates as needed Assist other team members with the GPSC team with mass price updates in the company ERP system. Partner with cross functional team to obtain data to assist with pull estimated date of arrival and annual usages for sourcing team Assist with internal training for the new Supplier Portal.  Assist with department improvement projects. Assist GPSC with past due orders and critical shortages. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field for entire duration of internship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• GPA of 3.0 or greater
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while working independently and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Ensure materials and parts are available to maintain smooth operation for repairs and preventative maintenance.

• Purchase and negotiate materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of Inventory / Parts Specialist, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or fell objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.  The employee is occasionally required to sit.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

 The work environment is similar to airport operation with vehicular traffic. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.  The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, cold, and vibration.  The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver License
• 2 years’ experience in material purchasing / Inventory Control
• 2 years’ experience in data entry, scheduling workloads and work orders.
• Experience with Airport operations a plus
• Experience with computer maintenance tracking systems
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate in English; both verbally and written
• Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport
• Ability to work Day or Night Shift including weekends and holidays
