Responsibility :-
Supervise maintenance of properties, ensuring proper upkeep of portfolio of properties.
Dealing with tenants and prospective tenants in term of rents, tenancy agreements and any other related matters.
Own transportation to commute between our office and our properties.
Manage tenants' requests in a timely manner.
Ensure the properties are in compliance with local regulations and liaise with authorities and consultants with regards to regulatory and property matters.
Check on tenants permit & licensing issue.
To manage tenants monthly rental / utilities billing.
Able to do any duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :-
Must be computer literate.
Ability to converse and write English.
Responsible.
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preference will be given to candidate with working experience in property maintenance.
Good written and verbal communication skills and decision making skills.
