As our IT Systems Specialist within our internal IT team, you'll help ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day IT operations. You'll keep our engineers coding, our support team supporting and our finance team crunching numbers.
Reporting to our IT Manager, this is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office 4 days per week and 1 day from home.
Some of the things you'll do...
You'll provide IT support to PaperCutters across our different regions, in person and remotely.
Support the rollout of new technologies and enhance existing systems, ensuring a focus on both user experience and security.
Ensure we are adhering to our ISO27001 compliance requirements by following internal processes.
Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure end-user hardware purchases are cost-effective and suitable for PaperCutters needs.

You have detailed knowledge of general IT, such as systems administration and databases.
You have experience working across multiple operating systems, such as Windows Desktop and Server, macOS and a variety of Linux distributions.
