Our Newest Opportunity:
The Client Service Specialist is responsible for day-to-day service of their assigned book of business. The CSS works closely and collaboratively with the Account Manager and internal service team to ensure service deliverables meet
and exceed client expectations. The CSS serves as one of the clients’ main point of contact for any benefit- related service needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Works closely with Sr. Account Manager on the underwriting process
- Supports the Sr. Account Manager by building and maintaining relationships with clients through proactive communications
- Effectively and efficiently services complex accounts and high-level service deliverables
- Completes proposals and prepares enrollment packages for new participants
- Assists in scheduling enrollment appointments for Consultants
- Completes new business applications and submits to carriers for approval
- Ensures all new participant and policy information is added to CRM and imaged into appropriate file
- Processes all outgoing participant communication packages
- Attends client/participant calls to help address administrative needs
- Assist clients/participants with any policy service needs
- Supports Account Manager and other team members with special projects when needed
Qualifications, Skils and Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as a self-starter, both independently and as part of a team
- High degree of responsibility and autonomy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Outlook
Education, Training and Experience:
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products; required
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel, required
- 2+ years’ experience in account management or in a consultative role, preferred
- Life and Health license (2-15), preferred or with willingness to obtain
- Bachelor’s Degree, a plus
- Experience with database applications, a plus.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
