Job Description

Requirements

Purposes of Role

To lead a team of Quality professionals who oversee all aspects of Quality Audit, Systems and Compliance globally.

To maintain quality management systems in compliance with relevant competent authorities (e.g. PICs GMP) and company compliance requirements.

To oversee internal quality compliance of internal business stakeholders with Company’s Quality Management System globally

1. Leading Change/Transformation

• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities across the Quality Management System, including eQMS and other quality IT systems.
• Leads the global prescription products operations team, providing clear guidance to ensure quality operations plays a vital role in achieving business objectives.
• Plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining a risk-based and effective approach to quality operations

2. Team Management

• Performance plan of staff members to be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure performance is tracked against agreed objectives.

Other skillsets and attributes

• Min. 10 years working in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare industry.
• Strong background and expertise in quality management with a focus on overall business requirements.
• Experience in conducting site audits with at least 5 years audit experience as Lead Auditor, preferably with auditor certification by an industry recognized body e.g. ASQ.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to end audit cycle for multiple audit assignments, including outsourced auditors for complex audit projects.
• Lead the planning of assigned internal audit project and design audit program and audit tests to ascertain the state of internal controls and compliance with corporate policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to the audit team to conduct review of key internal control procedures, risk and control matrix including data analytics, and complete the audit project in a timely manner while maintaining audit quality to provide independent assurance.
