General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Implement marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies
• Support the development of annual marketing budget to align to clients' needs and marketing plans. Track and document marketing expenditures and highlight deviations from budget

• Plan and execute lead generation for sales to follow up
• Work closely with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities

Experience and Education Requirement

• Minimum two to five years’ experience in a similar role
• Experienced in B2B marketing in scientific instruments or industrial equipment sector
• Informal lead or have managed a team of up to 2 person(s)
• Degree or professional qualification in Science/Engineering/Marketing or a related discipline

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms in accordance with company policies

• Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science/Pharmacy/Medical or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Medical Devices / Retail Pharmacy (BGM- background)
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher/NITEC in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years in Machine tool assembly and repair
• Basic mechanical / electrical machinery knowledge
• Basic knowledge of inspection and measuring equipment.
• Ability to operate mechanical / electrical equipment’s such like power drill, bearing puller etc.
• Ability to interpret/understand hydraulic, Pneumatic and basic electrical circuits

• Contact role: 12 months.

• The promoter is required to work a total of 44 hours per week.

There are three rotating shifts weekly:

• Shift A: 10 am to 7 pm
• Shift B: 2 pm to 9 pm
• Full Shift: 10 am to 9 pm

1. Two days off will be allocated each week.
2. Any overtime work will be compensated accordingly.
3. An additional monthly punctuality allowance of $100 will be provided for maintaining consistent punctuality.
4. A commission scheme will also be implemented to offer further incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning (40%)
• Local and Global Key Account Campaign Planning for wholesale/multi-brand channel
• Work within budget allocated for the assigned channel
• Work with suppliers to retrieve quotations and invoices
• To work with vendors on campaign overview approval and ensure fabrication methods / material specifications base on the approved plans
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on visual merchandising campaign decks and campaign booking spaces
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support in planning and execution for quarterly instore refresher / relay of category.
• Generating visual reports from campaign roll-outs and store visits

Campaign Execution (30%)
• To oversee campaign execution as per execution schedule.
• To visit all campaign doors to ensure that all campaign executions done up by vendor are up to standard and based on campaign planning deck and to react quickly and feed back to vendor if there are any rectification jobs

Maintenance, Reporting and other Adhoc Tasks (30%)
Conduct store visits based on door spilt list allocated to ensure brand presence in spaces are well maintained and to do onsite touch up if needed i.e., update on color blocking , mannequin styling etc. Min. 6 doors / week , 24 doors / month
Ensure campaign touch points are well maintained and mannequins are styled in as per campaign plan
To identify and do changes or proposal within the constraints of wholesale environment area
Execute quarterly shop in shop refresher as aligned with key stakeholders and partners
