Logistic Planning & Management

• Supervise the Logistics team and provide mentorship by training delivery personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding logistics strategies
• Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement and new initiatives that optimise service, inventory turns and operational costs for the company
• Tracking and reporting of operations volume (and productivity), customer service level and all aspects of logistics cost
• Managing subcontractors, including transporter for negotiation of transportation rates and services
• Maintain metrics (including implementing specific metrics accordingly to customer requirement), reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training and safety records
