a) Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities of Assistant Project Manager includes but not limited to the following:

i) Prepare detailed programme and ensure that the assigned tasks are completed within the time frame as stipulated in the master programme.

ii) Implementation of all ISO quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.

iii) Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements.

iv) Ensure compliances to Authorities’ requirements.

v) To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving of technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc.

vi) To ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete the sub-contract works within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements.

vii) Manage the actual cost of works so that they are below the budgeted costs.

viii) Manage the subordinates so that they are following work systems, productive, and encourage team work among the team members.

Job Requirement

- Degree in Civil Engineering/ M&E Engineering

- Mininum 5 - 10 years' experience

- At least 4 years' experience in leading engineers

The Plumbing and Sanitary Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing plumbing and sanitary engineering projects in Vietnam. The role involves collaborating with project teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. The Engineer will also be responsible for providing technical expertise, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage plumbing and sanitary engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on plumbing and sanitary engineering design and construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary engineering projects in Singapore and Vietnam.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Vietnam is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and sanitary engineering principles and practices.
• Experience working on engineering projects in Vietnam is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Scope & Core Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing BIM VDC tracking list for technical issues, site issues, technical meeting.
• Highlight the project issues in early construction stage to PM, APM, Coordinators & Consultants and solving the issues on meeting.
• Working closely with project teams & subcontractor to be full coordination.
• Making sure to project teams & subcontractors to follow up the technical changes, design changes.
• Preparing BIM Presentation to Clients & Consultants.
• Monitor BIM Coordination Meeting with MEP BIM modellers, M&E coordinators etc.
• Monitor and update the model as per site condition changes.
• Checking the quality of BIM Model standard.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM Modelling work.
• Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools.

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule

Job Requirement

Shall possess an Engineering Degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in M&E services coordination OR
