We are looking for an energetic, self-starter to join our Enterprise Information Technology team to help us identify and deliver business solutions, in partnership with Global Supplier Management Group and Information Technology colleagues. These critical functions operate at a global scale, supporting our business in over 130 countries.

Product/Business Analyst is a key role within the GSM/WS Value team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business needs and working closely with stakeholders to develop digital and technology solutions that drive business outcomes for Supplier Management, Travel Meeting & Employee Expense and Procurement product lines.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

· Applies a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business process, user and stakeholder needs, including opportunity statements, use cases, insights, and requirements.

· Gathers insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, and pain points. Exposes unarticulated problems and unmet needs.

· Documents business process, business and user needs in the form of problem statements to make up the backlog. Facilitates the “how” with the Engineering team.

· Support project execution by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

· Participate in the development and execution of training programs for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.

· Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

· Experience with developing various types of requirements and user stories.

· Good understanding of global sourcing and procurement processes. Knowledge of SAP /ERP applications for sourcing, procurement, travel & employee expense, and supplier management

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.

· Understanding of business process modeling notation.

· Experience with basic user-focused design techniques

· Understanding of how to apply organizational change management principles.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is preferred.

· Experience working within a product organization.

Required Qualifications:

Job Description

Our Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance team push the boundaries of global healthcare through research and innovation. Through clinical trials and surveillance, we ensure the safety and efficacy of our existing and pipeline products to produce safe, effective, innovative medicine.

This role is accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols in a country in compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations, company policies and procedures, quality standards and adverse event reporting requirements internally and externally. Under the oversight of the Sr. Financial COM, the person is responsible for all clinical trials financial aspects, for execution and oversight in order to ensure site ready and clinical trials continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Manages country finance deliverables, timelines, and results for assigned protocols to meet country commitments.
• Responsible for quality and compliance in assigned protocols in country.
• Contributes to the development of local SOPs. Oversees CTCs as applicable. 
• Coordinates and liaises with CRM, CTC, CRA, COM, finance, legal (and other internal and external interfaces as applicable) to ensure country deliverables are obtained for local milestones.
• Collaborates closely with Headquarter and local finance to align country timelines for assigned protocols.
• Provides support and oversight to local vendors as applicable.
• Familiarize with company policies and procedures and execute activities on local levels.
• Review and update study budgets in our systems.
• Oversees and tracks clinical research-related payments.

Job Description

Under the oversight of the line-manager, this role is responsible for comprehensive trial and site administration and involves preparing, collating, distributing and archiving clinical documents.

The CTC supports clinical supply & non-clinical supply management and ensures timely maintenance of tracking and reporting tools, as applicable.

The role is critical to meet planned Site Ready dates, including assisting with the preparation of submission packages to IRB/ERC and Health Authorities. The role will collaborate at local level 
closely with COM, CRM and CRA. And the person collaborates with finance/budgeting representatives to manage CTRAs and payments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Trial and site administration:

o Clinical supply & non-clinical supply management (mainly focus on import and export), in collaboration with other country roles

o Update clinical trial databases, report and trackers as required
o Ensure collation and distribution of study tools aFnd documents
 

• Document management:
o Prepare documents and correspondence
o Collate, distribute/ship, and archive clinical documents
o Assist with eTMF reconciliation and execute eTMF Quality Control Plan
o Document proper destruction of clinical supplies.
o Prepare Investigator trial file binders
 

• Agreement and Payments: Collaborate with finance/budgeting representatives for:
o Ensure adherence to financial and compliance procedures

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial.

• Performs clinical study site management and monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, Local Laws & Regulations, Protocol, Site Monitoring Plan and associated documents.

• Gains an in-depth understanding of the study protocol and related procedures.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities. The requirements are as follows:

Under the oversight of the Sr.COM/COM Lead, the person is responsible for execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Contribute to Execution and oversight clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols.
• Develops local language materials including local language Informed Consents and translations. 
• Interact with IRB/IEC and Regulatory Authority for assigned protocols.
• Manages country deliverables, timelines and results for assigned protocols to meet country commitments. Responsible for quality and compliance in assigned protocols in country.
• Coordinates and liaises with CRM, CTC, CRA, other functions areas to ensure country
deliverables are obtained for submissions, budgets, CTRAs and local milestones. 

• Support of local regulatory and financial compliance. Ability to in/directly influence investigators, external partners and country operations and adheres to budget targets and agreed payment timelines.
• Works in partnership internally with GCTO country operations, finance, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, legal and regional operations, HQ functional areas and externally with vendors and sites, IRB/IECs and Regulatory Authorities in submission and approval related- interactions. Through continual interaction with local clinical team/s successfully delivers clinical and financial contracts within fair market value.

• Coordinates local processes, clinical and ancillary supplies management, importing and exporting requirements, supplies destruction, local electronic/hard copy filing, archiving and retention requirements, and insurance process management. Enters and updates country information in clinical systems.

• Provide support and oversight to local vendors as applicable.

• Contributes to the development of local SOPs. 
• Contribute or lead initiatives and projects adding value to the business, as appropriate/required.
• Contributes strongly to COM team and other Country Operations roles knowledge by acting as/supporting process Subject Matter Expert (SME), sharing best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement and providing training as appropriate/required.
• Contributes to COM team knowledge by sharing best practices appropriate/required. 
• May act as buddy / mentor. 

Skills: 
• Good IT skills (MS office, Clinical IT applications) and ability to adapt to new IT applications on various devices.
• Knowledge of core clinical systems, tools and metrics
• Excellent verbal and written skills, in local language and English
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Knowledge of budget and contract negotiation process, local regulatory environment and submission and approval processes, and understanding of how these impact study start-up.
• Ability to indirectly influence investigators, vendors, external partners and country managers to address and resolve issues, with minimal support from the Sr.COM or manager.
• Ability to make decisions independently with oversight from Line Manager.
• Ability to proactively develop risk management and mitigation plans in the country and resolve issues locally. ICH/GCP knowledge appropriate to role. Good knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
• Able to work with other experienced clinical research professionals and manage select protocols independently. Works with high quality and compliance mindset.
• Problem solving is essential to this position. Requires the ability to pro-actively identify issues and risks, contribute to root cause analysis, and propose solutions to problems and escalate to management as applicable. Specific examples of common problems include: 1) Issues in budget / CTRA negotiations, 2) Quality and compliance issues, 3) Regulatory and legal issues, and 4) issues related to functional area deliverables that could jeopardize protocol milestones.

Position overview 
The role of a data engineer focuses on the engineering and development work related to the creation of reusable data products, models and assets that provide data for broader divisional use in our company's Manufacturing division. Incumbent will be responsible for understanding business/data requirements, formulating appropriate solution architectures, building data structures and models supporting business goals, and generally providing technical leadership to the group. The incumbent must demonstrate fluency with cloud technologies, such as AWS, and big data environments. Collaboration and the ability to communicate solutions to a non-technical audience is key. Relevant knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is big benefit, including manufacturing execution, lab management, ERP, quality, and supply chain.

Interest in mentoring and leading other colleagues is a plus.

• Help building data ecosystem supporting our company's Manufacturing division

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of working experience in a relevant IT role

• Programing languages/scripting: sql, python

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Deep knowledge of SQL fur purposes of code-based model building
