Product/Business Analyst is a key role within the GSM/WS Value team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business needs and working closely with stakeholders to develop digital and technology solutions that drive business outcomes for Supplier Management, Travel Meeting & Employee Expense and Procurement product lines.
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Applies a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business process, user and stakeholder needs, including opportunity statements, use cases, insights, and requirements.
· Gathers insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, and pain points. Exposes unarticulated problems and unmet needs.
· Documents business process, business and user needs in the form of problem statements to make up the backlog. Facilitates the “how” with the Engineering team.
· Support project execution by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
· Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
· Participate in the development and execution of training programs for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
· Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Experience with developing various types of requirements and user stories.
· Good understanding of global sourcing and procurement processes. Knowledge of SAP /ERP applications for sourcing, procurement, travel & employee expense, and supplier management
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
· Understanding of business process modeling notation.
· Experience with basic user-focused design techniques
· Understanding of how to apply organizational change management principles.
· Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is preferred.
· Experience working within a product organization.

Job Description
Under the oversight of the line-manager, this role is responsible for comprehensive trial and site administration and involves preparing, collating, distributing and archiving clinical documents.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial.
Performs clinical study site management and monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, Local Laws & Regulations, Protocol, Site Monitoring Plan and associated documents.
Gains an in-depth understanding of the study protocol and related procedures.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities. The requirements are as follows:
Bachelor of Sciences with strong emphasis in science and/or biology would be prefer.
Minimum 1 Years of clinical research experience which may include Clinical Trial Assistant, Study Coordinator, Regulatory CTC etc.
Fluent in Local Languages and English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand technical information. Developing ability to present technical information with support.
Good understanding and working knowledge of clinical research, phases of clinical trials, current GCP/ICH & country clinical research law & guidelines.
Good understanding of Global, Country/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines and ability to work within these guidelines.
Developing skills in Site Management including management of site performance and patient recruitment which monitoring skill and independent professional judgment.
