Job Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of machinist, operators & technician to achieve daily production output efficiency
• To develop CNC program & process for all orders.
• To prepare and propose cutter list.
• Liaise with QC to ensure smooth running of production
• Supervise employees in the production operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity
• Investigate the root cause of non-conformance and recommend corrective action and measures to prevent recurrence

• Analyze drawing specifications to determine the sequence of machine  operations, and select the proper cutting tools needed to machine work pieces into the desired shapes.

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical, Manufacturing) or Specializing in Precision Machining from technical institute or equivalent.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years working experience in CNC milling machines and MasterCam.
• Candidates must have knowledge in raw material, cutter and cutter coating, and those related to the process.
• Candidates with relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-con industry, and Precision Engineering background will be an advantage.
• Able to hands-on operate the CNC machine (if requested).
• Good understanding of GD & T.
