Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely picking up/fetching of Director/Senior Management/designated persons to/from residences, offices and any other such destinations as assigned.
• Ensure the vehicle clean and well-maintained all the times.
• Be responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, which include but not limited to oil, brake function, water, lights and tire condition.
• Shall strictly observe the Traffic Rules and Regulation and maximum speed limit as prescribed by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM)
• To provide dispatch services when required.
• To provide shuttle services when required.
• Assist in the administrative and maintenance services.
• Shall observe strictly the Company’s rules and regulation, policies and directives and instruction of the Company.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• At least 3 years above experience in related field with good driving records.
• Must possess a valid driving license (Class D) and able to operate various manual/ auto vehicle (MPV, SUV, Van and etc).
• Well disciplined and groomed. Punctual, honest and patient attitude.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.

• Building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client specific needs and create solutions which fits company’s logistics sales strategy.
• Prospect and cultivate new sales leads to establish business.
• Secure new customers, service existing customers, attend to customer’s request & ensure customer’s satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Provide quotes for current and prospective customers utilizing analytical and logistic planning.
• Assessing customer needs and problems while communicating and implementing logistics solutions.
• Work out logistics concepts for the customers to improve their logistics supply chain.

• Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivering, and over the road assistance while customers’ freight moves.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM/bachelor's degree/Diploma and possess Sales & Marketing experience in the freight & logistic industry (Ocean & Air)
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantages as deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Must be matured, self-motivated, teamwork, proactive, aggressive and result oriented.
• Must be computer literate (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.
• Good general knowledge and some basic knowledge in customs procedures and international business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Internal coordination with sales, finance, warehouse, haulage, transport, operations department and other related department and external parties to fulfil agent’s or customer’s requirements.
• Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers, agents, liners and co-loaders.
• Organize workflow to meet the time frame requirement of each shipment and monitor daily shipment update on each shipment to update customers or agents timely & accurately.
• Monitor enquiries from customer or agent has been responded promptly and acted accordingly.
• Liaison with customers, agents, operations and service providers on all operational related matters.
• Arrangement and handling of special requirements /ADHOC shipment.
• Submit pre-alert to agent before the shipment date, arrange payment to co-loader / liner and submit all required documents to agent before cargo reach destination.

* Bertanggungjawab dalam memastikan pemanduan yang berhemah dan menjaga keselamatan penumpang dan kenderaan serta mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas

* Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan tugas-tugas operasi bersifat hand-on yang memerlukan keupayaan fizikal di dalam pejabat/ luar pejabat seperti dispatch
