RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Outreach & Introduction:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers via email or calls to
introduce SPS offerings, promotions, and partnership programs.
2. CRM Management:
- Update and maintain SPS CRM (HubSpot) and customer database for
efficient sales tracking.
3. Follow-Up:
- Promptly follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure customer
satisfaction.
4. WhatsApp Management:
- Manage SPS WhatsApp for sales and marketing communication with
professionalism.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to share information and execute sales
and marketing plans.
6. Affiliation & Collaboration:
- Seek partnerships with institutes, universities, and organizations to expand
business networks.
7. Event Participation:
- Represent SPS by attending events, trade shows, or conferences as
needed.
8. Quotation & Invoice Processing:
- Prepare and process quotations and invoices accurately and timely.
9. Training Support:
- Assist in training registration, confirmation, and certificate issuance for
participants.
10. HRD Claimable Course Coordination:
- Coordinate HRD Claimable Course applications with HRD Corp.
11. Event Preparation Support:
- Support in preparation for public training and events.
12. Training Preparation Coordination:
- Organize training logistics including venue, materials, registration, and
certifications.
13. Participant Communication:
- Maintain communication with participants via email, WhatsApp, etc.,
providing necessary information and support.
