Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute trade and channel activities including plan and implement new product launches, seasonal, tactical promotions and yearly dealers’ incentive guidelines, support off-site on-ground activities ie. Dealers’ event or corporate reach out activities to achieve brand and sales objectives.
• To lead and grow 5-7 brands including updating promotional market trends with bi-annual competitive analysis for these brands.
• Monitor trade marketing inventory diligently, forecast appropriate orders and propose trade marketing strategies to mobilise sell in to dealers.
• Collaborate effectively with Education Team to provide training for the internal and external customers.
• Management of POSMs including development of supporting collateral and translation of marketing materials to bilingual (English and Mandarin) and source for premiums to support seasonal promotions in line with our corporate guidelines.
• Administrative: Raise proper documents for invoicing purposes. Ensure timely submission of budgets, marketing reports and co-op claims for approval.
• Propose relevant and engaging social media & digital content, where possible to expand customer reach.
• Ability to design using design software, such as InDesign or Illustrator plus photo-editing software, such as PhotoShop is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in beauty industry will be added advantage.
