                                FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Responsibility:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate, financial and accounting functions including accounting,cash flow management, budgetary and tax planning and forecasting.    
• Oversea, review and implement accounting and finance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.   
• Provide timely report and advice to management on the status of the Company's financial position,operational result and capital planning.
• Analyse and review all finance and accounting reports including profitability analysis and credit and cash flow analysis.
• Liaise with external parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements.

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA /MIA)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing / plantation environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with knowledge of taxation and financial accounting standard
• Good analytical skill and ability to interpret results with summarization.
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
• Proactive, team player, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Able to travel is an added advantage.

• 管理外部和內部品質審核計劃的良好知識和實踐經驗以及有效的客戶和供應商管理的經驗。
• 對品質要求有很好的理解，對生產流程有熟練的了解。
• 了解 QC 工具、FMEA、SPC、六西格瑪、Kaizen 和其他品質相關工具。
• ISO9001、ISO13485 和 ISO14001 知識。

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee all operations activities that affect quality.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
• Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Standard, SOP, customer specifications, safety and health, 5S, 3R guidelines, company rules and regulations.
• Train and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Liaise with different departments, customers and suppliers to meet the objective and understand their requirements.
• Ensure Lean Manufacturing in QA.
• Develop continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture in QA.
• Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures and avoiding quality related complaints and claims.
• Maintains and improves product quality, quality system, and compliance audits.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years related work experience in plastic injection moulding industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills with continuous improvement mindset.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in managing external & internal Quality Audit Programs and experience in effective customer & supplier management.
• Good understanding of quality requirements and proficient knowledge of production processes.
• Knowledge in QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality related tools.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001.
