As the Community College Workforce Program Coordinator, you will serve as a workforce liaison and will be responsible for supporting and building upon the strong partnership between the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD), and the Maricopa County Human Services Department’s Workforce Development Division.

You will also be responsible for integrating services available from both parties and connecting those services to county residents through dual enrollment, training, workshops, and other forms of service delivery. This position is expected to be a subject matter expert in both Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services offered by the county, as well as MCCCD procedures and practices.

We Require

Job Contributions

• Serve as a workforce liaison, trainer, career guidance specialist, and partner with the MCCCD across all main campuses

The Civil Engineer (Highway):

• Provides expertise on Federal laws, regulations, and FHWA policies applicable to Federal-aid highway projects within the State DOT project development process.
