What You’ll Do:
- Manage Administrative Operations: Oversee the daily administrative functions of the centre, including handling inquiries, managing student registrations, and scheduling classes. You’ll ensure all administrative processes are efficient and well-organised.
- Support Students and Tutors: Be the go-to person for students and tutors alike, assisting with materials distribution, class schedules, and addressing any operational concerns that may arise. You’ll play a key part in making sure everyone has what they need for a productive learning environment.
- Engage with Parents and Students: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with parents and students by responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns. You’ll ensure they have a smooth experience from enrolment to their daily interactions with the centre.
- Oversee Class Scheduling: Coordinate with tutors to ensure that all classes are scheduled and run smoothly. You’ll manage timetables and ensure the best use of the centre’s resources.
- Assist in Operational Excellence: Help to maintain high standards of efficiency and organisation in the centre’s operations, supporting the leadership team in making continuous improvements.
