Blockchain Product Manager - E-wallet Application Developer

• Working Days: 5 days, Mon. to Fri.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for blockchain products (Wallets and Exchange related), merchant management platform and backend administrative system.
• Work closely with business development, technical team, risk, regulatory compliance and management to ensure product is delivered.
• Delivery of blockchain related product which involves delivering world class payment solutions, exchanges.

Job Requirements:

• Has experience in building and determining blockchain product roadmap with considerations from internal, external stakeholders and market trend requirements.
• Has in-depth operation knowledge of how the system would support the operation team’s day to day operations, while identifying gaps and risk to be mitigated through the system or processes.
• Essential to have working experience with blockchain product and domain (such as exchange, wallet)
• 3 to 5 years work experience on e-Payment product related experience.
• Have good understanding about the global payment ecosystem including but not limited to Cards, eWallets, Bank Transfer, Cash-based payment methods.
• Good knowledge about product development life cycle and have experience involved at various stages, UI/UX design, test case review, production support and operational process optimization.
• Has prior experience product design skill set including prototyping using wireframe and sequence diagram tools, good user story writing skill, data analytical skills.
• Able to design product performance dashboard and optimize the product using data driven approach.
• Experience with the risk and compliance risk/issue in blockchain related products.
• Experience with payment reconciliation and settlement.
• Domain knowledge in trading field will be advantageous

The individual should be knowledgeable and experienced in managing a commercial building and with the ability to comprehend complex building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the building operations and facilities, including a team of building executives and outsources services e.g. cleaners, security, concierge etc.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition, e.g. cleanliness, carpark and signages etc.. Follow up with rectifications and make recommendations to the Management.
• Prepare budget planning for the Building, management reports, contracts review, vendor performance evaluation and monitoring the general building repairs and defect works.
• Work closely with the M&E team to manage the building’s facilities and equipment. Control and manage the use of common amenities and facilities in the building.
• Prepare and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance, services and supplies, and advise on selecting suitable vendors specialists and award such quotations and tenders.
• Manage, supervise and check on the quality of work delivered by staff and vendors. Ensure that routine maintenance works and services are carried out satisfactorily and adequately in accordance with the assigned or designated work scope.
• Participate in the building’s Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements, and update the building’s policies and compliance regularly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the fire protection facilities and systems and ensure that the systems are satisfactory and serviceable. When necessary, follow up with rectifications or recommendations for rectifications to the Management.
• Conduct required mandatory fire evacuation drills and table-top exercises in compliance with SCDF’s regulations, including fire inspections by Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF) for the renewal of the fire certificate.
• Attend to correspondences and tenants on matters relating to the building and liaise with all relevant authorities on the Building.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• Fire Safety Manager Certification would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good team player and able to work independently
