Primary Purpose

ACCSS Digital is looking for a Content Manager with both Social Media and Online Web working experience to join our web team.

The Content Manager will be responsible for bringing online web and social media initiatives to life through project management, content creation, excellent copywriting, social monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of strategy. The Content Manager will have a strong and intimate knowledge of the online and social media landscape, strategic initiatives, project management, content development and writing creative copy. The Content Manager must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and be team oriented. This candidate must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in social media or content creation for a brand or agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Company’s Social Media Pages and website through creating, managing, and growing ACCSS presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Collaborate on messaging for announcements, statements, PR, and other digital communications for ACCSS
• Creates content for online web and social media channels for our clients
• Provide Strategic insight and planning on social media strategy and assisting in devising campaign tactics for our clients

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting project management with assisting main project manager in banking application development projects of change requests, enhancements and EOL.
• Day to day application system maintenance such as 24*7 L2 support after receiving tickets from L1 support, monthly maintenance, etc.
