The Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, produce, evaluate, develop, and update curriculum policy documents and schemes of work, and guide and monitor their implementation and standards achieved within the subject across the Infant School.

OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide professional and effective administrative support to CPAS’ training arm, Learning, Development and Consultancy (LDC) and HR’s Learning and Development. Learning, Development and Consultancy (LDC) Administration

· Prepare training proposal, agreement, purchase requisition and other relevant documents needed to conduct training.

· Set up and turn down the training room for all training programmes including the upkeeping.

What you'll do

Your tasks include:

• Push the frontiers of what is possible in artificial intelligence to create new solutions.
• Explore, understand, and implement most recent technologies and approaches for cloud platform and data pipelines.
• Comfortably handle multi-terabyte data sets in scale-up and scale-out environments
• Design and develop a high-performance platform capable of handling and processing large volumes of requests efficiently.
• Strive for automation and cloud operation readiness.
• Understand business processes which create and consume data to be able to select best approaches, evaluate their performance and assess business relevance.
• Builds scalable and re-usable data processing pipelines.

What you bring

Educational and experience requirements
Required

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of working experience as a software developer, with a focus on application development using container/cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• 4+ years of experience as a software architect, leading technical discussions with developers to address challenging issues, design a scalable AI cloud platform, and leverage expertise to ensure adaptability and resiliency.
• Strong coding development and debugging skills, including hands-on experience with Java, Go, and Python.
• Experience working with DevOps including but not limited to container technologies like Docker & Kubernetes, as well as Cloud Native technology stack such as Istio, Helm, etcd, Argo, and Envoy.
• Experience with secure SDLC, Threat Modeling, vulnerability management, and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Experience in full lifecycle of product development and delivery
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language

Optional

• Familiar with LLM’s and supporting tools such as LangChain.
• Familiar with AIOps
• Experience in serving Deep Learning models on framework TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost etc.,
• Experience with Model Serving frameworks such as KServe, SeldonCore etc.,
• Passionate to contribute to open-source projects.

Working Location: Central

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Your role:

• Collaborate with HR and other team members to identify learning needs within the organization
• Develop training materials for various levels of employees
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness, and implement changes/revisions to improve programs
• Ensure training compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain training records and communicate progress to HR
• Coordinate training logistics such as scheduling, location, and accommodations

Requirements
