Summary

• Investigate the characteristics of garments to make sure they comply with quality standards
• Support design and buying teams through all stages of product development, from design to manufacturing

What you'll do

• Handle all technical product related tasks and functions from design concept to sample approval processes
• Provide technical advice to supplier, review and approve the product
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure the standard
• Development and maintain technical manuals and standards
• Create measurement charts
• Check fitting on dummies / live models
• Check and amend paper pattern, collect and store digital pattern after approval in the system
• Translate design brief into technical product specification including grading to different measurements
• Measure samples
• Check appearance before and after wash (if applicable)
• Comment pre-production samples and create reports to supplier
• Check workmanship and give recommendations on how to improve the workmanship
• Update all company systems and lists related to above tasks on a daily basis
• Act as mentor for new joiners
• Support and guide Garment Technicians and Junior Garment Technicians with experienced knowledge if needed
• Initiate collaboration with cross functional teams and suppliers for any upcoming challenges

What you'll need

• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of work experience in technical role in the garment industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in from Polytechnic uni or IVE graduate in Textile or related studies
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese an advantage (but not prerequisite) to liaise with Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking only stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office required
• Technical competence to do fitting, technical assessment and pattern adjustment
• Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment technical testing and raw materials

Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering testing and evaluation with respective engineering crews which contain specific requirements with automated machine And also manual processing flow.
• Utilize micron system, and perform operation on semi & automated machine software.
• Manual label sticker onto the drives specially based on reference data given on website.
• Loading panel into machine for processing and remove them once is done
• Loading drives into measurement system and enable the system run via PC systems
• Manuals assemble drives with Top & Bottom enclosure with electronics screw drives specifically based on Bill of Material.
• Work accordingly to SOP, training will be given.

Requirements:

• Perform job and work 7am-7pm
• Follow break time strictly, 15Min morning tea break, 30Min lunch tea, 15min tea break in the afternoon.
• Compliant with all the safety and ESD protocol.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform testing and commissioning of complex servers and storage products
• Perform quality assurance and risk assessments of end products
• Handle re-configurations in accordance to customer’s specifications
• Software loadings
• Basic knowledge of server and able to handle failure analysis (FA).
• Able to identify various error codes for individual failed server given by the diagnostic program
• UNIX and hardware based troubleshoot and rework on the failed server unit.
• Assists Engineers for pilot Run orders and other product related issues
• Keeping Engineers well informed of the found discrepancies on the line.
• Daily updates of the orders on the line, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports and keeping the line well maintained and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer Engineering
• 0 or 5 years of working experience
• Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly
• Familiar with MS Office and good in documentation
• Willing to commit to overtimes

• Conduct QC inspection for customer feedbacks.

Job Summary:

An Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Test Support Technician is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and documentation of EMC tests to ensure that electronic and electrical products comply with electromagnetic compatibility standards. This role involves preparing test setups, operating test equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records, and assisting in EMC facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup Preparation:

• Assist in setting up EMC test environments, including test chambers, test equipment, and test fixtures.
• Ensure all necessary components and connections are in place for accurate testing.

Execution:

• Operate EMC test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, radiated and conducted emissions/receiver systems, and transient generators.
• Monitor test procedures and make real-time adjustments to maintain test integrity.
• Perform conducted and radiated emissions testing, susceptibility testing, and other EMC-related evaluations.
• Conduct EMC tests in indoor facility.
• Occasionally conduct EMC tests on site.

Troubleshooting:

• Assist engineers and senior technicians to troubleshoot.

Documentation:

• Prepare EMC test plans and test reports.
• Maintain detailed records of test setups, procedures, and results.
• Generate test reports that include test parameters, observations, and compliance status.

Facility management:

• Assist in EMC facility management.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and calibration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

1) Attend all job descriptions requirements for the position of Control System Technician;

2) Minimum 10 years experience operating with Oil and Gas industry;

3) Minimum 05years experience working offshore as Control system technician;

4) Responsible to Develop activities of Maintenance and ensure a safe and consistent control of all instrument and systems;

5) Monitor FCS or equivalent system to ensure that all related systems are operating and all required data are registered;

6) Support during shutdowns and Emergencies reestablishing the plant safely;

7) Responsible to control and manage the backups of all systems in the facility;

8) Troubleshoot the shutdowns looking at the Sequence of Events, trends on the system and all other troubleshooting tools available, pinpointing the root cause of the issue;

9) Responsible to take with him during an Abandon Ship the Hard Disk of the historian server (black box of the facility);

10) Required work for the project for 3 years and then sail with the FPSO to Brazil for 3 months, and work on this place for 2 years;

11) Fluent Brazilian Portuguese speakers are preferred;

12) Immediate availability preferred;

13) Knowledge on Brazilian legislation applicable to FPSO operation is required;
