As a Program/ Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. Key Responsibilities:

   Lead business development activities, including proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and thought leadership initiatives in the financial crime compliance space.
   
4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Advise business lines within institutional and private banking on AML risks associated with clients and third parties, contributing to the end-to-end KYC process.
   Conduct country assessments on jurisdictions with heightened financial crime risks and provide recommendations to mitigate adverse developments.
   
5. Training and Stakeholder Engagement:Deliver comprehensive training sessions on financial crime compliance and conduct matters to staff, covering money laundering, terrorism financing red flags, and individual accountability.
   Represent the department in client acceptance meetings and local risk committees, providing expert insights on financial crime-related matters.
   

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting and financial services, with a focus on anti-financial crime compliance.
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification preferred.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver complex consulting projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
