• Ensure readiness for Quality audit (internal and external),
• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

PRODUCT SUPPORT (30%)

• Provides the voice of the customer (VOC) as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and is the site quality contact for customer quality representative,
• Manage quality customer requests,
• Leads and/or participates in customer audits (including corrective & preventive action plan follow up),
• As a support to Sales and BD teams, leads complaints investigation based on complaint severity & customer requirements, up to and including containment processes and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). The goal being to provide a timely, effective, response to the customer, utilizing various root cause analysis methodology (8D,5 Why etc.),
• Coordinate main MOC with customers: Packaging changes, RM changes, new assets homologation plan set up (internal / external) and execution follow up,
• Leads establishment & maintain of Customer Specifications ensuring plant capabilities are taken into consideration,
• Leads or provide support Io ensure product certification as needed,
• Assist Process team and Production team to master product quality, to homologate new raw material and new packaging,
• Maintain Raw Material Specifications,
• Hold responsibility & manage product orientation and/ or derogation.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (10%)

• Attend, participate and contribute to HSE programs and initiatives (zero target LTI, waste management, etc.
• Be an example and comply to HSE policies at any time.
• Carry out laboratory safety audits and ensure compliance. Conduct risk assessments Enforce waste management.

OTHERS (10%)

• Assist the Lab & QA Manager in his/ her absence.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Degree in Chemistry or equivalent, with minumum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge:

• Organic Chemistry, Polymers or equivalent, Quality Management, ISO 9001

Translate, proofread, edit, and revise all text used by IGG games: content, news, promotions, guides, events, etc., from mainly Chinese to English (and vice versa at times).

Localize all text used by IGG games for the appropriate countries and regions.

Write creative copy for publication on various platforms in both English and Chinese, including headlines, slogans, captions, and other marketing materials.

Job requirements:

Experience in Linguistics/Languages, Communications, Multimedia, Game studies, or other relevant fields.

Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing, in professional and casual settings.

Meticulous sort, with a keen eye for detail and an inquiring mind; you care about the difference between 'desert' and 'dessert', 'calvary' and 'cavalry', ‘humor' and 'humour'.

You delight in explaining why “Police police Police police police police Police police.” is a grammatically correct sentence in English.

Gamer, or at least have a working knowledge of games, or at the very least are eager to learn about games.

Pluses:

You have work experience in translation, interpretation, copy-writing, or editing.

You play mobile games; PC and console games will also be a plus, but we are mainly looking at mobile games.

You have played one or more IGG games (e.g. Lords Mobile, Time Princess, Mobile Royale, Castle Clash).

You'll be part of the NI FN ANO CE team, which is part of NI FN RBC APAC. We work in a diversified environment and serve Nokia customers in Thailand, Korea and Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities / Functions:

• Build up knowledge in FN products (GPON, XGSPON, AMS, Lightspan, Altiplano, 4G/5G FWA CPE, Wifi Beacons, etc)

• Smooth execution of new product introduction, customer acceptance testing, network integration, upgrade/retrofit and field trial/demos

• Lead, plan and organize technical activities involving internal and external stakeholders when assigned as TPM of project

• Work with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve product defects and new feature requirements

• Prepare and deliver project progress reports, customized documents (MOP)/presentations for technical activities and clarifications of critical issues.

• Complete the project closure and / or handover as required.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience working for a telecom provider or telecom System Integrator

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/Technology/Network Engineering or equivalent education

• Good knowledge in xPON techonlogies, IP routing, Linux System Management

• Proven ability to work independently, deploying, testing and troubleshooting systems

• Familiarity with networking test tools (Spirent Test Center, IPerf, Wireshark, etc)

• Good to have knowledge in OSS/BSS integration, SNMP, SDAN, Netconf/Yang, Cloud Computing and 5G

• Able to learn new technology quickly and always able to adapt to changes

• Good in sharing knowledge and support others with strong expertise and technical insight

• Experienced in handling customer requirements and identifying possible solutions

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, troubleshooting and leadership skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
