• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Job Scope

• Provide clinical consultations to referring veterinarians and pet owners regarding dermatological issues, including but not limited to:

- Skin, ear, hair, nail and mouth disorder

- Allergic, infectious, parasitic, congenital, autoimmune, neoplastic, and hormonal skin and ear diseases

• Perform diagnostic and medical procedures including but not limited to skin and ear cytology, skin scraping, skin and ear cultures, intradermal allergy testing, biopsy and surgical, video otoscopy and CO2 laser treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the Company and from referring veterinary clinics to develop appropriate treatment plans for animals
• Supervise and train veterinary technicians and other staff members involved in dermatology procedures

• You will explore and introduce innovative designs and pedagogies in the development to produce quality curriculum and instructional designs for learning efficacy.
• Collaboratively with team members, you will develop a mechanism to recollect delivery experience with data collection approaches and reflective methodology, aimed to identify and crystallise IAL pedagogies based on institutional design and reflective evaluation
• This role also requires you coach members of the team to raise staff competency in curriculum design and development, instructional designs and methodology.
• As part of this role, you will co-design and co-develop adult learning courses with partners from institutions of higher learning (IHLs) and industry learning academies.

Job Requirements

• A tertiary qualification preferably in instructional design and technology
• Possess ACTA/ACLP/DACE or strong pedagogical knowledge/practice in Adult Education
• At least 10 years of experience in training and development, preferably in Adult Education
• Strong facilitation knowledge and skills, with relevant credentials and certification
• Experience in blended learning design, including conducting needs assessment, crafting of learning outcomes, and blending of facilitated learning, technology-enabled and workplace learning pedagogies
• Experience in the digital media or EdTech industries designing and developing workplace solutions is advantageous
• Possess good communication, networking and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET) in an Institute of Higher Learning has its advantage

SEAMEO Regional Language Centre (RELC) is looking for a Language Specialist. The successful applicant will teach in-service teachers from Southeast Asia on professional development courses including a postgraduate Diploma and MTESOL.

He/she will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver teacher professional development programmes and courses in Applied Linguistics/TESOL (in at least four core areas of specialization in the case of Applied Linguistics/TESOL courses)
• Undertake overseas assignments as and when it is required by the Division
• Supervise MTESOL students and research fellows who are engaged in research projects at the Centre
• Develop teacher education/language teaching materials for use in face-to-face, online, and blended or hybrid courses
• Coordinate/organize courses to be taught at the Centre as well as in SEAMEO member countries
• Write and edit the Centre’s publications and publish in journals in the field of English Language Teaching/Applied Linguistics/TESOL
• Present papers at international conferences
• Organize or assist in the Centre’s annual conferences and symposia at the Centre or in SEAMEO member countries

Requirements:

Responsibilities
