Job Purpose:  

As Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to FP&A COE manager, you will be working closely with the APJ Regional Director and Functional Leaders and responsible for providing FP&A support and business partnership. You will be experiencing in dynamic interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders located in different countries across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary finance contact to work with business team and liaison with other functional teams [i.e. HR, IT, Logistic, Operations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Controllership, and Center of Excellence]

• Closely monitor and support the financial performance of APJ

• Provide finance guidance to business team regarding financial related matters, including cost management and business development opportunities

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Provide complete, accurate and timely financial reporting and business insights to APJ Regional Management, Corporate FP&A, and Function leaders.

• Conduct ad-hoc and monthly financial analyses – Highlight and lowlights on cost and headcount tracking, cost efficiency analysis

• Prepare and support APJ regional consolidation and management reporting, including forecasting cycle and annual budgeting process

• Support the implementation and roll out of new financial reporting tool and system

• Lead and initiate enhancements to reporting and insight generation

Business Partnership

• Serve as finance business partner/trusted advisor and work with various stakeholders to facilitate new business engagement, new vendor/customer enrollment, business decision support, and financial planning/forecasting

• Develop financial model/template to support business opportunities to meet Direct Cost target.

• Review and understand contractual terms in agreement/statement of work (SOW) along with various stakeholders to articulate financial implications

• Coordinate with Controllership, Accounting, and Tax to ensure proper accounting and tax treatments for business transaction

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Familiar with SAP, BW, TM1, and PowerBI experience is a plus

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Good command in English (written and verbal)

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a MNC organisation

• IT distribution industry experience a plus

• University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance

• Experience in FP&A business partnering, curiosity in understanding the business and how FP&A can add value to the business

JOB PURPOSE: 

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Site Physician Assistant is responsible for the professional, organizational, and administrative aspects of providing quality medical care to Diagnostic Treatment Centers (DTCs) patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Direct the medical care and treatment of patients and have primary medical responsibility in overseeing and supporting the care rendered by other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Supports the needs of all site patients including primary care and community-based membership.

• Identifies opportunities to improve the quality, cost, and utilization of care for the site participants.

• Carries a caseload of patients as the primary care provider and participates in direct medical care in the Diagnostic and Treatment Center.

• Demonstrates medical presence during the start of care events.

• Participates in multidisciplinary team activities, which may include case conferences, hospitalization reports, family, and team meetings.

• Develops and participates in the Utilization Review of medical services provided by the IDT/DTC.

• Develops and supervises the provision of ambulatory medical services.

• Serves as liaison as necessary with other medical institutions and develops relationships with subspecialists and community physicians for the purposes of semi-annual care planning.

• Facilitates medical education programs for staff, trainees, and students as opportunities arise.

• Conducts patient assessments, examinations, and treats patients in a variety of settings, i.e., Day Treatment Center (DTC) and patient’s home.

• Serves as a resource for all clinical staff practicing in the DTC (nurse practitioners, MAs, RNs).

• Provides in-service staff development and clinical teaching of trainees rotating through the Medical practice.

• Participates in developing preventive health screening, immunization programs, professional community outreach, quality assurance, etc.

Senior Tax Analyst, Transfer Pricing – Position reports to one of the Transfer Pricing managers and will provide support in the areas of transfer pricing strategic planning and compliance. This position provides overall administrative management of a variety of business-related functions, strategic planning, budget development and cost center management under the direction of the Practice Administrator. Provides hands-on leadership for all aspects of patient relations, staffing, marketing, insurance, and financial activities to ensure their successful management. Works closely with the practice Administrator, Practice Coordinator(s), Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor and the Division/Department heads to establish and maintain an efficient, cohesive and productive work team within the entire department and to help the practice achieve the institutional mission of high-quality provision of care for patients.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred.

• Responsible for Accounts Payable and accurate record keeping of expenses.
• Maintain excellent communication on billing matters between the division and billing departments.
• Assess the needs in collaboration with staff for annual expenses.  Evaluates and negotiates with vendors in conjunction with the Administrator to procure capital equipment, processes purchase orders and coordinates installation and servicing.

Operations

• Audit performance of sites for compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure completion of stoplight report and tasks through completion, management, or delegation.
• Reviews and maintains OSHA and MSDS compliance manuals
• Ensure compliance with all The Joint Commission non-clinical and any other governing regulatory authority.

Ultrasonographer

Serves as primary leader and resource for the Community Endocrinology ultrasound department. Responsible for daily oversight of sonographer staffing and scheduling across all sites. Primary contact for research activities that directly relate to ultrasound. Ongoing development, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance program for the division of Community Endocrinology ultrasound. Primary liaison between sonographers and attending, will work with ultrasound physician director to update policies and protocols as needed. Assists sonographer(s) with the ongoing mentoring and training for residents, fellows and ultrasound students. Organize and monitor training for new sonographers. In addition to these duties, this position will also continue to perform all technical procedures required for the ultrasonic assessment of Endocrinology patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations for Endocrinology. Needs minimal supervision or direction to perform duties.
• Oversee sonographer(s) who serve as the preceptor(s) for ultrasound interns, fellows, residents and medical staff rotating through the department.
• Operates a variety of ultrasound equipment and associated transducers. Records images using digital imaging technology. May operate ancillary devices as required for procedures. Operates computer terminal to manage research and patient databases.
• Staff members of the Diagnostic Ultrasound Lab in the Department of Endocrinology will have contact with patients between the ages of 18 and 100.
• Perform routine and specialized ultrasound studies related to Endocrinology and Internal Medicine.
• Composes and distributes monthly staff schedule for sonographers, approves time off requests and adjusts schedule as needed to meet needs of the department. Works closely with the Practice Coordinator and Manager to manage scheduling concerns.
• Works closely with providers and nursing supervisors to evaluate current and proposed changes to ultrasound protocols and ensures compliance with new protocols amongst the team.
• Oversees sonographers and perform annual evaluations as well as end of probation evaluations.
• Oversees QA activities in the department. Reports any trends or areas of improvement to Ultrasound Director.
• Organizes outreach training and education for AMC affiliates as needed. Participates in IT projects that involve expansion efforts and the Ultrasound reporting system. Serves as super-user and department administrator for the Ultrasound reporting system.
• Leads accreditation efforts and ensures that department is compliant with Infection Prevention and Joint Commission standards.
• Leads recruitment efforts for sonographer vacancies and coordinates interview process. Organizes new hire orientation period in the department.
• Monitors equipment fixes, semi-annual preventive maintenance visits & assist with coordinating new equipment demos as needed. Schedules sessions with application specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in laboratory sciences - required
• Bachelor's Degree in laboratory sciences - preferred
• 1-3 years technical training closely related to this position; or an equivalent - required
• Recognize the significance of all structures that are visualized at all times
• Differentiate artifacts from normal or pathological processes and to recognize equipment limitations
• Recognize a diagnostic vs incomplete scan and interpret any pathology that may be present; discuss findings with the interpreting physician
