As Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to FP&A COE manager, you will be working closely with the APJ Regional Director and Functional Leaders and responsible for providing FP&A support and business partnership. You will be experiencing in dynamic interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders located in different countries across the globe.
Act as primary finance contact to work with business team and liaison with other functional teams [i.e. HR, IT, Logistic, Operations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Controllership, and Center of Excellence]
Closely monitor and support the financial performance of APJ
Provide finance guidance to business team regarding financial related matters, including cost management and business development opportunities
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Provide complete, accurate and timely financial reporting and business insights to APJ Regional Management, Corporate FP&A, and Function leaders.
Conduct ad-hoc and monthly financial analyses – Highlight and lowlights on cost and headcount tracking, cost efficiency analysis
Prepare and support APJ regional consolidation and management reporting, including forecasting cycle and annual budgeting process
Support the implementation and roll out of new financial reporting tool and system
Lead and initiate enhancements to reporting and insight generation
Business Partnership
Serve as finance business partner/trusted advisor and work with various stakeholders to facilitate new business engagement, new vendor/customer enrollment, business decision support, and financial planning/forecasting
Develop financial model/template to support business opportunities to meet Direct Cost target.
Review and understand contractual terms in agreement/statement of work (SOW) along with various stakeholders to articulate financial implications
Coordinate with Controllership, Accounting, and Tax to ensure proper accounting and tax treatments for business transaction
Familiar with SAP, BW, TM1, and PowerBI experience is a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Good command in English (written and verbal)
Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a MNC organisation
IT distribution industry experience a plus
University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance
Experience in FP&A business partnering, curiosity in understanding the business and how FP&A can add value to the business
Strong financial discipline, strategic thinking and mindsets
Strong responsibility sense, positive working attitude, effective communication skills (outspoken)
Good team player, problem solving skill and self-motivated
Work independently with minimum supervision

JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Site Physician Assistant is responsible for the professional, organizational, and administrative aspects of providing quality medical care to Diagnostic Treatment Centers (DTCs) patients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct the medical care and treatment of patients and have primary medical responsibility in overseeing and supporting the care rendered by other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Supports the needs of all site patients including primary care and community-based membership.
Identifies opportunities to improve the quality, cost, and utilization of care for the site participants.

Audio Hearing and Motor Skills (Language) Requirements – Must be able to listen attentively and document information from patients, community members, providers, etc., and intake information through audio processing with accuracy. In addition, must be able to speak comfortably and clearly with language motor skills for customers to understand the individual.

The Opportunity:
Senior Tax Analyst, Transfer Pricing – Position reports to one of the Transfer Pricing managers and will provide support in the areas of transfer pricing strategic planning and compliance. The position will support the team in developing, implementing, documenting and defending Abbott’s worldwide transfer pricing strategy.
Summary of Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare and/or review required global transfer pricing documentation and benchmarks.
Establish and provide transfer prices to international affiliates, manufacturing sites, distribution centers and US commercial.
Support the implementation of policies, procedures and practices, as well as financial models, regarding the pricing and documentation of all intra-group transactions.
Work with local country finance and accounting teams and provide support on local country audits.

Summary of Experience:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, tax, accounting or finance.

Responsible for patient flow through clinic and all point-of-care testing
Supervises Triage Nurses and workflows
Maintains highest level of professionalism and positively leads by example.
Reviews processes and procedures to ensure optimal clinic workflow and capturing of charges.
Develops and motivates staff to work effectively and within their licensure.
Fosters a strong, collaborative relationship with the Practice Coordinator.
Attends Sr. Manager meetings and Works with fellow managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, elevating when necessary.
Protects confidentiality of all patient and staff-related concerns.
Oversees supply and medication ordering in a cost-conscious manner.
Responsible for Joint Commission compliance and weekly tracer submission.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Nursing is required, BSN is preferred.
NYS Registered Nurse Licensure is required.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required, preferably in a charge or supervisory role.
