We are recruiting for an experienced Field Support Analyst for our client. On offer is a 3-month initial contract inside IR35 at a daily rate up to £240 per day. This role will incorporate 3 days per week in the Doncaster office and then 2 days on the road including overnight stays, all expenses paid - you will need to be fully flexible.

What you will be working on:
You will provide 2nd line technical support to IT users in the field. You will diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware, software, and networking issues and assist with computer software integration. You may work either on-site or remotely to help with software installations, network failures, hardware faults, and other IT-related problems. The role will also assist in logging and resolving user incidents/service requests using the IT Service Management Tool, monitoring progress and, keeping users appraised of events and updates.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and carry out any immediate corrective action that can resolve or contain issues directly.
• Monitor the progress of incidents and keeps all interested parties informed.
• Resolve incidents, verifying the resolution and confirming with the customer.
• Work with 1st and 3rd line support groups to assist with resolution where necessary.
• Escalate and progress the severity of support issues as required.

You'll need experience with:

• Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 Desktop Operating Systems
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and later versions
• Microsoft Office 365 and other windows based applications.
• Web applications, PC, Laptop and Printer hardware, iPhones and iPads.

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Test Analyst who will provide project-testing support for a portfolio of projects, both in a practical hands-on way but also supporting the Test Manager in determining resource profiles and allocation, performance management of contract resource and liaising with agencies to onboard resource where required.

The Test Analyst prime responsibility is to identify and subsequently define the required tests, monitoring the test coverage, and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the Target Test Items. This role also involves specifying the required Test Data and evaluating the outcome of the testing conducted in each test cycle.

Role Responsibility

• Assist in the development of a high-performing team, alongside the other functional and technical consultants involved in test activities
• Act as Deputy for the Test Manager, dealing with escalations and proactively managing relations with the business

• Develop test scenarios, cases, and scripts according to the specific test phases (e.g., System Test, Integration Test, etc.) for multiple applications and software;
